Hotel in zona Klebang, Malacca

Amo il concetto minimo della camera 💖 e questa è la prima volta che prenoto questo hotel e abbiamo una buona vista sul mare. Che cosa migliorare? Penso che la manutenzione per il bagno. La pressione dell'acqua è bassa.

Brand new hotel. Doesn’t feel 5 star for a few reasons. Breakfast: lots of choice but badly labelled and poor vegetarian choice, breads are cheap, cheeses all mixed - veg and non veg. AC super high in the only restaurant. Falsely advertised as having many restaurants but none are open. No bar was open, gift shop closed.  Pool area for such a big hotel is very inadequate. Pool is in the shade so the water is really cool no atmosphere, no drinks or service available poolside. If the hotel does ever get full, the pool will be unusable since there are only about 10 -20 seats.  Cabanas are super uncomfortable and already showing signs of dilapidation.  Room is huge, which is a good thing, but there are a few things which make this not feel luxury. Rooms facing the main road are super noisy even from the 19th floor as there was a lot of traffic over the weekend lots of bikes and loud noises outside. The sliding door is not very good and let sound seep in. The pillows are huge and are unusable for many people. They do not have the choice of thinner pillows although they did offer firm and soft pillows but both were really hard. The curtains are a very bad quality and are not blackout curtains so light seep in from every area.  The bathroom area has a nice heated toilet seat which is much appreciated however the lighting in the bathroom is so bad it is unusable to get ready. You can hardly see your face in the mirror because of the down light positioning. cheap toiletries is a giveaway does not feel luxury at all. On the plus side of the towels are very good. The balcony is really big but again not very user-friendly. It has one seat only no table so the rest of the space is unused and it’s got pointless plants there which I’ve just left stains on the tile floor. all in all not bad value for the price, but really not a five star resort

The on-site restaurant showcased a diverse menu featuring both local and international cuisine. The chefs' commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients was evident in every dish. The breakfast buffet was a standout, offering a wide array of options to suit every palate. The service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Requests were handled promptly and with a genuine smile, adding a personal touch that made me feel like a valued guest. The location of the hotel was also ideal, situated in close proximity to popular attractions, dining options, and shopping districts. Whether I was exploring the city or simply strolling through the nearby parks, everything was conveniently within reach. In conclusion, my stay at [Hotel Name] was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of luxurious accommodations, top-notch amenities, and outstanding service created a truly memorable experience. Very far from the sights, isolated and next door to a building sight. I guess you get what you pay for!

Si trova in città, ma è un po' lontano da camminare al negozio più vicino. Ci vuole meno di 5 minuti per andare al negozio più vicino. Controlla e controlla facilmente. Il personale è utile e amichevole
