Hotel in zona Melaka Raya, Malacca

overall rly liked my stay! good value for money - spacious room, relatively clean. there’s a desk + chair in the room, as well as a chair (?) for your luggage - shower has good water pressure and heater was easy to use. aircon in the room was strong as well - service at the front desk was prompt and warm - location is good! near mahkota parade and a couple of other malls/shopping centres, with convenience stores like family mart & 7/11 within walking distance. - also abt 15-20 min walk to jonker street - amenities could be better — the gym was tiny and poorly maintained, with very little equipment. - noted that they have a few restaurants but didn’t try the food! they did give me a free high tea voucher for 2 days of my stay though, which was a nice gesture.

Il check-in era regolare. La camera ha molte cose da fare dopo l'ispezione. Per esempio 1 camera non ha un controllo remoto, nessun controllo mosquito, il frigo emette calore invece di aria fredda, la porta d'ingresso ha difficoltà ad aprire, camera w letto regina (bidet è l'acqua che si svuota quando si gira). La manutenzione è immediata, quindi non si lamenta, eccetto che non ha avuto la possibilità di informare del bidet fuga. L'aria condizionata era buona.Non così calda, non così fredda.Ma l'aria fredda non viaggia in tutta la stanza, solo in una zona specifica. La colazione alle 8 era così. Non molto varietà. La famiglia si aspettava di metà uova bollite, ma al momento, vogliono, è andata. Il toping non è veloce, in generale. Non sicuro, se è dovuto alla forza umana. Nasi lemak non abbastanza lemak. Mee tai bak era fragile, curry gusto leggermente diluito. Il resto era ok. Le bevande della macchina del caffè sono eccellenti, anche se ci sono due macchine, l'attesa per la bevanda prende un po'. Ciò è sottostabile. Il controllo era regolare. Se mi viene data la scelta di tornare. Solo per la stanza, perché c'è privacy. E' conveniente per la mia miglia, perché è sedia a rotelle. Quando la stanza è vicino all'ascensore. Colazione no.

Hotel pulito e tranquillo . Spazioso e tutte le attrazioni sono disponibili . Nella stanza c'è una macchina da caffè capsula . Ma nessun torto è stato inviato in camera come promesso dalla squadra - per la celebrazione del compleanno . Povero servizio di fronte, un po ' lento e inamichevole . Usato per rimanere qui diverse volte, ma questa volta non è stato così piacevole. Controlla - in 3/7 @ 8.30pm (la signora del desk front was rude ). Spero che il servizio di accoglienza possa essere migliorato.

highly recommended to traveller. parking a bit far from hotel. clean n tidy room.. hotel smell so fresh. good staff..should improve facilities at the gym. too much machine under maintainen. no aircon.. one more thing why escalator infront hotel lobby was not function.

Surprisingly good. The exterior is a bit forbidding, it's one of those old, huge buildings that has 2-3 different hotel / service apartment brands in it so I wasn't sure what it would be like. However, the room was gorgeous - it must have been a service apartment before because we had a nice living / dining room/kitchenette and a separate bedroom. Nicely furnished, very clean and comfortable. Of course, they'd taken out all the cooking related tools in the kitchenette but that didn't matter because we were only expecting a hotel, not an apartment. The best feature was the rooftop swimming pool - really nice. Long enough for laps. Given it's rooftop location it was also nice to look out over the top - although there weren't any views, as such. Also, the area is absolutely filled with lovely restaurants of every kind - Nyonya, Indian, Chinese - we went to a fantastic Chinese seafood restaurant because, unfortunately, the others were about to close - had a lovely chili crab dinner. The next morning we went to an Indian restaurant and had thosai and upma and so on. Lots of parking both on the street and in the hotel complex where parking is free if you stay with them. It was only intended as a quick night stop but it exceeded expectations. If I do go to Melaka again I'd definitely consider staying here. It's also close to everything else in the city (not a big city to begin with) so while it may lack some of the facilities of the riverside hotels, it's close enough to go there and enjoy that part of Melaka.

We enjoyed the stay here. The room is huge, comfortable and nice! It has a stove and kitchen stuff/cookware for light cooking and bowling water. It also has a washing machine but you have to bring your own detergent. It has a bathtub and a separate shower. There were small toilet rolls, body wash, hair shampoo, bath towels, 2 toothbrushes and toothpastes. But the toothpastes were teeny tiny tubes, which can only be used twice, so we had to purchase additional toothpaste to use on our 2nd day there. There's ironing board, iron, hangers, hair dryer. 2 sachets of coffee and 2 sachets of tea were given on the tray, that's nice! No tissues!!! Overall, nice experience. Check in was delayed a little, so we waited at the lobby. Hotel staff texted to inform us that the room given to us was wrong 3 hours after we checked in. By then, we've gone out for our activities outside the hotel till late at night. It wasn't our mistake, and we did not want to have any change anyway. Everything was fine and good after that. The location is near a lot of eating places. Walking to the tourist centre is about half an hour. You can take Grab to the places, if you do not want to walk, as it is very convenient and cheap. The service is great. Private parking is available which is great for people who drive to malacca. Room is cozy. However, the tap design can be improved. The tap can be extended longer as water kept splashing out when we are using the sink. Also, appreciate if they could provide slippers for us as we need to take off our shoes at the entrance.

Per me è bello stare con,, cibo anche bello.. posizione ok ... si può camminare dall'hotel alla strada jonker ma per questo è la mia prima volta che sono andato in Malacca ho preso.. ma quando mi sono reso conto di poter camminare davvero, ma il raggio del sole troppo per non camminare. Anche spaziale. Con ferro puoi ferro i tuoi vestiti.. ma se vuoi guardare la TV, non è intelligente.. 😅 ma non è ok.. Non guardaro'. Rimarrò lì. E' sicuro.. anche se la stanza non è un prof. Ma è OK ... se siete in profondo sonno, ovviamente non potete sentire nulla.Quindi darò 7/10.

We had a very good stay! The place is true as its advertised photo. 5 single beds, the room has a/c and a wall fan. Wifi was great and there's smart tv. Hairdryer, microwave, fridge, hangers, towel sufficiently provided. There's simple cutleries too, but they dont look clean. Zero hassle check in and check out, host provide entrace door and room door key password early. There's lots of nice eateries nearby, we had nice dinner and breakfast. A big mall, bank , and KTV just steps away. It takes about 20mins walk to jonker street. We will definately stay here again.

Was contemplating between Amadel Residence or the other apartments and decided on Amadel based on location and environment. It was a well made decision and pleased with the choice. Highly recommended for group travellers. I would say it is well comfortable to accommodate about 8 pax per group, mixture of adults and children. 1) Location, along the sea coast with nice seaview and sunrise scenery. 2) 10 min drive to Jonker walk. Many nice food restaurants and weekends night market activities. 3) Well amenities, with washing machine, water purifier, induction cookers, refrigerator and many more convenience essential needs. 4) For self drive, sufficient and well space parking available. 5) Resting, comfortable beds and pillows, sofa. Great for a 2 nights stay at least depending on your travelling. 6) If you enjoy privacy, rest assure on this. 7) Overall, a well taken care apartment, pretty new place. Not considering ”Covid” period. Keep up the good work! Amadel Residence! Definitely bookmark as one of the Favourite accommodation in Melaka!
