Great service. Plus point: all the service crew speaks english fluently! Location is great, less than a minute walk to the jonker street area, very convenience and also was given complimentary breakfast for 3D2N stay. Amenities is ok, not very sound proof walls, can hear alot of piping sounds during sleep, otherwise all is great.

The hotel is very clean and really near to the jonker walk , problem is i am staying at 3rd floor and got another partition upstairs, it is very noisy. I guess if you are staying st first floor or 2nd will be better

The reception team were exceptionally friendly! The hotel Is nice. It was very clean and the room was good. There are a few things that could be renovated, like the plug socket and shower head, but I would stay again. There was apparently an issue with the aircon which they informed me about when I checked in, but this was never an issue. The location is exceptional. It is a 30 second walk to Jonker street and there are restaurants, bars, coffee shops and cultural attractions in every direction you walk from the hotel. Great find, would recommend.

Great hotel location. Very convenience for tourist to walk around the heritage area and night market. Also received good service from hotel staffs.

1. Location is right in the heart of Jonker walk and within walking distance to all major tourist attractions & restaurants 2. Friendly staff & service quality is good 3. Very basic facilities with handicapped person in mind 4. We had complimentary local breakfast and it was good but there are lots of good restaurant within 1.5km radius of hotel 5. Downside for us was there is no car park facility & had to park quite a distance away(12mins walk) at a public parking lot or on street parking My wife & I only stayed for 1 night. We arrived Jonker Walk in the morning and parked our car and then scout around before checking in at 3pm. Hotel rates is a little expensive for basic facilities but it is very central to all attractions & food and we did not even have to drive anymore after parking our car.

The hotel location is brilliant, easy access to Jonker street and a lot of attraction spots, breakfast was provided despite not included in the package. Besides that, there is mini lift in the hotel although it was only multiple stories with limited total space, this is a bonus for those who travel with eldery. However the hotel room is relatively small, the bathroom is very narrow. After all, it is average hotel with pros and cons. Another plus point is the massage opposite the hotel is fantastic!

A very well planned and managed Boutique Hotel. Thumbs up. The only down side is the parking that is a distance of about 100m away in an opened air area. You are charged per entry rate of RM6 and overnight parking of RM12. Fortunately, our car is still intact upon collection the night after.

Excellent Service and Location. The room is very comfortable and clean. Very easy to access jonker walk street and night market.

Every time is ok, if can get the parking place is better

The hotel room floor was dirty and oily when we checked in, not to mention the smelly towel provided to guests. Overnight Parking was charged at a very high rate for private parking. You may just skip the small portion Hotel Breakfast provided, there's much more better choices in Melaka. Despite the location of the hotel, it's totally worth no penny for this hotel.

The front desk receptionist was friendly and efficient. The room was nicely decorated and furnished, and I particularly enjoyed the exposed brick - it gave the room a historic feel. The free breakfast provided was decent although I'm not sure why this wasn't advertised clearly. The room was on the small side but taking into consideration how near the hotel is to Jonker Street, it's was more than reasonable. Even though the hotel is barely a 30-second walk to Jonker Street, there was no noise to be worried about. The shower randomly stopped working as I was taking a shower around midnight, but the water supply came back on about 10mins later. Not too sure what that was about but I wasn't too bothered about it. Overall, I had a great experience staying at Timez Melaka Hotel and I'd consider staying here again if I return to Melaka.
