Bad customer service.. might as well book a normal hotel room.. expensive plus must pay deposit.. what do you expect a family after checking out? A spotless room? Useless agents.. regret booking this room, it's just a studio room btw.. plus the key to enter is so hard to open the door..

Good location Walking distance to Jonker Street and etc The room is quite big and everything is just good for solo travel . Guest /customer service team was good and fast response. Check in and check out was great because it's contactless... Good experience.

Given room was at 10th floor. Found out most of the rooms at the same level are abandon. As a solo traveller on business trip i Requested to change the room, waiting for hours to get the room through whatsapp. End up, i didnt get my room. They should have put notice informing guest that the level under maintenance or should not offer that level for guest.

Cuma tentang parking sahaja kurang.. tiada parking free untuk visitor... sekiranye kalo kereta keluar masuk, skalimasuk jer rm4.. semoga diperbaiki lg untuk visitor parking.. ok😉😉
