Sono venuto a questo posto diverse volte e è un buon posto e prezzo anche edp.attraverso trip.com Il mio avviso era in 2 punti 1 è la prima volta che ho molti anni per prenotare senza colazione perché il colazione non era così buono come il passato, ma in generale accettato e buono 2.is Il più importante attraverso oltre 11 anni in hotel di makka è la prima volta che mi fa dicovet che il bacino idrico nel bagno è completamente attaccato e non l'ho rilassato e lo scopro tardi dopo 1 am b perché ho fatto check-in alle 7 pm e goto dormire finché mia moglie e i miei figli sono arrivati dopo mezzanotte da Alharam e mi è stato difficile chiamare per la riparazione a questo ritardo tempo e la mia famiglia nella stanza ho cercato di dirglielo il giorno dopo perché amo questo hotel ma la donna che lavora non mi ha chiesto come normale su qualsiasi denuncia ... Vorrei anche citare due punti positivi. 1.the Il dipendente di un uomo in check-in è stato molto utile e veloce 2.the Parcheggio per auto è stata la mia prima esperienza perché fuori dall'ospedale è molto pieno ora e anche se non così ampi e crowed anche io riuscivo a trovare un posto per la mia auto e era una esperienza goofd In generale, è un buon hotel esp.per prezzo ...e ha un piccolo autobus ogni ora per alarm e vaste camere pulite e merita di essere ripetuto

Umrah trip with family Mar 2023 Went there for Umra trip with family we were bit confused while booking this hotel since it is located a bit away from Haram (1.5kms), however, they have shuttle service with good reviews 1. Hotel is super nice, new and very clean. Checkin was super quick although we had two rooms and were given on seperate floors as they didnt had two rooms on the same floor. 2. Rooms were good clean and tidy on check-in. They provided all basic amenities like iron, iron board, safe, etc. However, the rooms service was an issue and i had to complain and ask the counter to get the room cleaned after requesting the staff for couple of time. 3. Shuttle service was superb. Evertime there is a shuttle standing at the enterence leaving in approx 20 to 30 mins. Drop off point is the bus station behind clock tower with hardly few minutes walk to the Haram. 4. Even if you use Taxi it usually charges 15 riyals during normal timings and max 20 riyals during rush hours. We mostly used taxi service which was also very convinient. 5. Hotel location is very peaceful, you can find few restaurants nearby and baqalas for basic requirements.

Abbiamo prenotato con tutte le torri hidaya. La posizione era lontana ma un buon servizio di navetta compensato per esso come era intorno all'orologio. Servizi in camera e pulizia erano notevoli. Camere erano pulite e pulite. Servizi di custodia giornaliera sono stati forniti. Il personale dell'hotel, compreso il personale della ricezione, il signor Waseem e il signor Aziz erano molto buoni e professionali. In generale il soggiorno era buono. Lo consiglio molto agli altri e lo rivolgerò a rimanere. E' stata una buona esperienza.

L'hotel è un buon one pulito e conveniente, ma non hanno un ristorante e si deve andare vicino a Haram per ottenere cibo. Anche l'hotel in alta montagna. Ci sono auto da golf, ma si dovrà aspettare e si deve chiedere un'auto a volte. 

Mi è piaciuto ogni momento del nostro soggiorno al Fairmont Clock Tower; la posizione migliore in cui soggiornare alla Mecca con un'ospitalità eccellente e un personale super disponibile. Mi piacerebbe tornarci.

Marvelous hotel, we got city view and it was astonishing. Pretty sure will come back to this hotel. All people in this hotel are very kind. The room service also nice, the check in also smooth no waiting we got the room direct after check in time. Breakfast has a lot of choices of food. Local and western food. Very nice and recommended. The haram also very close to hotel. You can just walk down to haram.

We stayed for a week. Overall, it was a decent experience although ultimately overpriced during Umrah. The room was relatively small. We were able to add a third guest at a cost of 300 riyals per night which was reasonable but only a bunk bed was offered and it took the minimal space available. The bathroom sink was clogged during our entire stay despite repetitive requests made to the cleaning staff and on the Bonvoy Marriott app. The food experience is however terrible! Iftar at the restaurant is extremely overpriced for 250 riyals per person and unjustified for a food of poor quality and not tasty at that. The scheduling was also hectic. Iftar was only from 7 to 9 pm and Sohour from 1 to 3 am; meaning if one wanted to attend Taraweeh, they would not be able to eat by the time they came back from the Mosque and would have to wait until 1 am to sustain themselves, which is ridiculous. We were therefore eating at the coffeeshop reception which was offering a buffet for 100 riyals per person, which was still overpriced for what it was. Only a few items were offered and not replenished.

Stavo qui per la nostra durata di Umra. Le camere erano pulite, confortevoli e spaziose. La gestione è assolutamente brillante e di alto livello, molto accogliente, trattandovi come la famiglia e estremamente impegnato a fornire un grande servizio. Aveva un piccolo problema con uno dei custodi, ma la gestione ha affrontato molto efficacemente e con grande efficienza. Grande servizio di navetta da e a Haraam con personale amichevole, sicuramente più sicuro se tornate tardi sera. Sicuramente consigliere l'hotel senza riserve.

This was a good hotel, generally clean with good facilities. It is around 1km from the Haram (Kaaba). There is a free bus shuttle service which runs every 10-15 minutes to & from the Haram, which drops around 600m from the Haram. Be sure to leave early from the Hotel to reach for the prayers on time. The room was clean as well as the toilet. Hotel staff was generally friendly. There are two restaurants on levels R & H, as well as prayer room at floor PR if someone needs it.

Se cerchi un hotel a 4 stelle, non cercare da nessuna parte. Questo è il migliore che si possa ottenere. Hanno un servizio di autobus gratuito che funziona ogni mezz'ora. Ti cade a Marwa Gate. Hai 10-15 minuti a piedi per raggiungere Haram. Il tuo pick-up dallo stesso posto. Non ho avuto alcun problema per il servizio di autobus. Il servizio di navetta era abbastanza buono. L'unico fallimento è camminare verso il haram. Ho avuto mio figlio con me e lui si sforzava di camminare per ogni volta. Il cibo per l'hotel è peggio. Non mi piaceva affatto. Ho avuto il buffet per colazione e ho pagato 100 riyals. Era una peggiore esperienza alimentare. La scelta del colazione era molto limitata. In generale è un buon hotel di bilancio. Penso che si compromessi da qualche parte.
