Makkah: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

Per la prima volta in Mecca questo è un 10/10 il personale dell'hotel è molto attento e soddisfa tutte le esigenze - le camere sono molto spaziose e pulite. La colazione è stata pagata per e vale la pena di stile buffet e molte scelte - molto rigoroso con il tempo non può entrare nelle ultime 30 minuti di colazione. Posizione è buona all'interno del complesso rimarrebbe molto facile da trovare e navigare

Everything was great aside from two major issues for us: the elevator waiting times which can take up to 10-15 minutes to get from top to bottom/vice versa in crowded lifts with no air conditioning which becomes very suffocating at times. Second issue was WiFi which is extremely inconsistent and slow, expected much better for the price we paid. Aside from that, we were very pleased with the room, location, facilities and the staff who were all very helpful.

Umrah trip with family Mar 2023 Went there for Umra trip with family we were bit confused while booking this hotel since it is located a bit away from Haram (1.5kms), however, they have shuttle service with good reviews 1. Hotel is super nice, new and very clean. Checkin was super quick although we had two rooms and were given on seperate floors as they didnt had two rooms on the same floor. 2. Rooms were good clean and tidy on check-in. They provided all basic amenities like iron, iron board, safe, etc. However, the rooms service was an issue and i had to complain and ask the counter to get the room cleaned after requesting the staff for couple of time. 3. Shuttle service was superb. Evertime there is a shuttle standing at the enterence leaving in approx 20 to 30 mins. Drop off point is the bus station behind clock tower with hardly few minutes walk to the Haram. 4. Even if you use Taxi it usually charges 15 riyals during normal timings and max 20 riyals during rush hours. We mostly used taxi service which was also very convinient. 5. Hotel location is very peaceful, you can find few restaurants nearby and baqalas for basic requirements.

Pros: Super vicino a Haram. Bella e aggiornata assistenza in camera. Il personale di prenotazione Zain è stato molto utile e il check-in in corso è stato un brindisi. L'atmosfera dell'hotel era buona. Il ragazzo del conteggio delle date era anche gioioso e bello. Cons La colazione a M2 è stata bella e presentabile rispetto a M3, poiché questa è la mia seconda volta che sono allo stesso hotel. Dopo il mio soggiorno di 2 notti, la giovane donna ha detto che dobbiamo prendere il nostro bfast al M3. Il servizio era davvero cattivo.Chiedere il caffè richiede un'età per riempire. Dovrete chiedere più volte, poi il cameriere viene e riempi. Ti piace essere fregati di andarsene.. il mio amico era ancora mangiando e lui chiede se può prendere la piastra per pulire. Questo è super brutto. Non ti senti benvenuto lì.. su una nota laterale.. la maggior parte sono asiatici al M3 colazione caffè.. La configurazione era anche diversa .. Le verdure sono tagliate in pezzi più grandi, il cibo è tagliato in ogni caso e il tizio alla stazione d'uovo vive quasi ferisce i dita del mio amico quando insisteva di mettere l'uovo fritto caldo sulla piastra che aveva, ma il fatto è che dovrebbe mettere l'uovo fritto caldo su un distinti piatti. In generale: M2 sono per i loro nativi Arabi e il resto dei nativi asiatici sarà assegnato al terribile caffè M3. Fyi ho insistito per il caffè M2 il giorno dopo, ma è stato detto che era pieno. Le ho detto che mi aspettavo e mi ha permesso di cenare lì.. purtroppo ho visto poche tavole vuote e sono l'unico cliente asiatico al momento 🤔 L'esperienza di soggiorno generale era tanto modesta quanto non molto aspettativa... come questo ci un viaggio religioso. Ma è un rifiuti perché l'hotel è stato così grande e bello ma gestito da personale non così competente (che scelgono i loro clienti preferiti etnici solo per trattarli bene) che mi permetto di credere che la maggior parte dei clienti bting a casa una triste memoria del soggiorno in Fairmont Clock Tower.

Staff are very friendly and professional and I would give them all 10/10, in particular especial thank to Ms Rahad - receptionist. However, I was disappointed from my room. My original booking was a room with city view but was given a room like a prison. I didn't like the room at all. The room was quiet big and clean and had everything you need apart from Iron which I had to ask for. The hotel is located in a quiet area next to a big mosque and supermarket but it's too far from the Haram. The hotel has a free shuttle which runs every hour from hotel to a bus which takes you to the Haram. This is not good enough and I believe it should run every 15 - 30 min. After long hours doing Tawaf and Saai you need every minute to rest and get to your bed and not waiting an hour in a dusty and noisy area waiting for this shuttle. Breakfast: paying at hotel is cheaper. Quality is average but below 5* elsewhere -just to mention some: pastries not fresh and not tasty at all. Poor coffee quality- just like water. But there are nice dishes and hope with small improvements this hotel will provide service. This comment is based on my regular travelling experiences and having diamond membership with hilton and platinum with IHG

Very good hotel, best hotel in makkah, only 5 min to Haram Sharif, breakfast is 10 out of 10, staffs are 10 out of 10, check in and out is express, mall access through hotel lift. Inside clock tower

تجربتي ممتازه مع بوفيه الافطار في رمضان والاكل تحفه والمكان جميل .. انصح بشده لان الاكل رائع والطعم تحفه ومتنوعه واحب اشكرا جميع الموظفيين بالفندق واداره الفندق علي هذه الخدمه الممتازه وان طعم الاكل يبقي بهذه الصوره الرائعه

La torre Le Meridien è il miglior hotel a Makkah. Il manager Ahmed Shaker è molto ospite e gentile persona.Io soggiorno 4 volte a Le Meridien.Torre n. 4 , Torre n. 5 e Torre n. 8 tutte le torri sono buone. Gestione. Prezzo di servizio anf tutto eccellente. Camere alberghiere , bagni e cucina grande e pulita Quando vengo a Makkah mi fermerò a le meridien LE MERIDIIEN IS EXCELENTE

Il mio hotel ha completato la mia umrah e l'esperienza è stata eccellente. Era un viaggio totale di 7 minuti dalla mia stanza al Haram. Uno di questi è che il colazione manca una varietà, ma credo che sia come in ogni altro posto. Il servizio era grande, tuttavia, quando ho chiamato servizio in camera per fornire qualche mucchio di tè che ascoltavano ma non rispondevano alla richiesta. Forse dimenticarono. Le letti sono comodi e la disposizione era bella. Abbiamo ricevuto un'aggiornamento alla vista parziale di haram su richiesta al check-in. Sono stati aggiornati senza esitazione. Per il valore questo è un grande hotel. 2 minuti dall'hotel è Al baik e souk Al khalil che è una buona opzione per cibo e shopping. Personalmente, ho trovato l'attrazione islamica più conveniente qui che la torre dell'orologio.

L'hotel è molto vicino a Haram, a pochi minuti a piedi. La migliore posizione, buon colazione, ma il menu è rimasto lo stesso. Il personale era molto cooperativo e amichevole.
