Fantastic location next to gate 79 and 74. Shopping centre in the basement. Full continental breakfast.

We stayed there for a short trip it was lovely they upgraded us to a haram view room. The bed was comfortable and the place was lovely. A 2 minute walk to the masjid. All staff were very helpful at breakfast, and selection was great.

Usual place of stay and has the utmost services. The view is great and very close to the Masjid.

Best location to haram.. Less crowded to masjidil haram and near to gate 74 & 79z..hotel attached to jabal omar mall and eaay to find food there Would again stay there in future viisit

I have added my comments on an email, because I feel it was a dissatisfied stay. Only Ruzana and Ramzan stood out But I do believe that I should be given a partial refund as the city view booked was not made available. They upgraded on the last night only which is not right!

There was mosquito in the room got bites on check-in, there was no Kabah views and just partial Haram view which kind of misleading, the breakfast and service was good, and it is disable accessible to the Haram. Overall good experience but expensive and not 5 star level service.

The breathtaking view of the holy city from my room was truly awe-inspiring. The location of Hilton Suites Makkah was also perfect . It was conveniently situated near the Haram, allowing me to easily access the holy site. Overall, my experience at Hilton Suites Makkah was nothing short of exceptional. The friendly staff, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and convenient location made it the perfect choice for my stay in Makkah. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the holy city.

Everything was good and so near to Haram. Nice location and around all shops.

The best hotel in Mekah so far! It is separated only by a few steps (small road) to the white tiles. The breakfast was top notch buffet style. Their rooms and services - professional. Location - diagonally behind Dar-Al-Tawhid. Has its own mall and shops. We will be back here insha’Allah when we come back haram.
