As always, the stay at Holiday Inn was an excellent experience, except for the troubles I encountered during check-in. Previously I had made several bookings fir Holiday Inn through Trip.com. Unfortunately, this time, the front desk hadn't received the booking information from the supplier. However, the receptionist, Mr. Mahmoud was so courteous to allow check-in without fetching my booking. But things went further wrong, when the front desk didn't receive the supplier's confirmation even on the second day of my stay. Finally, after several calls, chats and mails to trip.com, they received the booking information by the evening of the second day. If I was correct to learn, the problem were due to some website issues sues.
