Hotel in zona Grand Masjid Library, Makkah

This was a good hotel, generally clean with good facilities. It is around 1km from the Haram (Kaaba). There is a free bus shuttle service which runs every 10-15 minutes to & from the Haram, which drops around 600m from the Haram. Be sure to leave early from the Hotel to reach for the prayers on time. The room was clean as well as the toilet. Hotel staff was generally friendly. There are two restaurants on levels R & H, as well as prayer room at floor PR if someone needs it.

Bella esperienza !camere spaziose e pulite. Tanti autobus da e per Masjid al Haram. Personale gentile e disponibile, molto organizzati nonostante l'afflusso di gente. Cibo buono e abbondante. Ho conosciuto Abdurrahman, gentile e disponibile di bella presenza. Tifoso di Maldini (non del Milan mi ha detto Maldini, Wallah giuro 😀) Grazie ragazzi di cuore molte grazie davvero. I recommend this for the beautiful room and cleaniness of hotel.staff is a great support. Location is bit side of haram shareef,we have to take shutter bus and then take a 10min walk to reach haram shareef.

Umrah trip with family Mar 2023 Went there for Umra trip with family we were bit confused while booking this hotel since it is located a bit away from Haram (1.5kms), however, they have shuttle service with good reviews 1. Hotel is super nice, new and very clean. Checkin was super quick although we had two rooms and were given on seperate floors as they didnt had two rooms on the same floor. 2. Rooms were good clean and tidy on check-in. They provided all basic amenities like iron, iron board, safe, etc. However, the rooms service was an issue and i had to complain and ask the counter to get the room cleaned after requesting the staff for couple of time. 3. Shuttle service was superb. Evertime there is a shuttle standing at the enterence leaving in approx 20 to 30 mins. Drop off point is the bus station behind clock tower with hardly few minutes walk to the Haram. 4. Even if you use Taxi it usually charges 15 riyals during normal timings and max 20 riyals during rush hours. We mostly used taxi service which was also very convinient. 5. Hotel location is very peaceful, you can find few restaurants nearby and baqalas for basic requirements.

Se cerchi un hotel a 4 stelle, non cercare da nessuna parte. Questo è il migliore che si possa ottenere. Hanno un servizio di autobus gratuito che funziona ogni mezz'ora. Ti cade a Marwa Gate. Hai 10-15 minuti a piedi per raggiungere Haram. Il tuo pick-up dallo stesso posto. Non ho avuto alcun problema per il servizio di autobus. Il servizio di navetta era abbastanza buono. L'unico fallimento è camminare verso il haram. Ho avuto mio figlio con me e lui si sforzava di camminare per ogni volta. Il cibo per l'hotel è peggio. Non mi piaceva affatto. Ho avuto il buffet per colazione e ho pagato 100 riyals. Era una peggiore esperienza alimentare. La scelta del colazione era molto limitata. In generale è un buon hotel di bilancio. Penso che si compromessi da qualche parte.

Stavo qui per la nostra durata di Umra. Le camere erano pulite, confortevoli e spaziose. La gestione è assolutamente brillante e di alto livello, molto accogliente, trattandovi come la famiglia e estremamente impegnato a fornire un grande servizio. Aveva un piccolo problema con uno dei custodi, ma la gestione ha affrontato molto efficacemente e con grande efficienza. Grande servizio di navetta da e a Haraam con personale amichevole, sicuramente più sicuro se tornate tardi sera. Sicuramente consigliere l'hotel senza riserve.

Come sempre, il soggiorno all'Holiday Inn è stato un'esperienza eccellente, fatta eccezione per i problemi che ho riscontrato durante il check-in. In precedenza avevo effettuato diverse prenotazioni per l'Holiday Inn tramite Trip.com. Sfortunatamente, questa volta la reception non ha ricevuto le informazioni sulla prenotazione dal fornitore. Tuttavia, l'addetto alla reception, il signor Mahmoud, è stato così gentile da consentire il check-in senza recuperare la mia prenotazione. Ma le cose sono andate ancora peggio, quando la reception non ha ricevuto la conferma del fornitore nemmeno il secondo giorno del mio soggiorno. Alla fine, dopo diverse chiamate, chat ed e-mail a trip.com, hanno ricevuto le informazioni sulla prenotazione entro la sera del secondo giorno. Se avevo ragione, il problema era dovuto ad alcuni problemi del sito web. Sono grato al team di assistenza clienti di Trip.com. Un ringraziamento speciale a Mahmoud per il suo gentile supporto.

Clean, comfy, the bed is amazing Only shuttle bus drop off area is quite distance. But for the price its understandable. For Breakfast they dont have enough manning. The hotel guests behaving like ********. Stealing foods, breads etc, and fooda and drinks spill everywhere. Not nice atmostphere there. But the food are nice and tasty.

Sono venuto a questo posto diverse volte e è un buon posto e prezzo anche edp.attraverso trip.com Il mio avviso era in 2 punti 1 è la prima volta che ho molti anni per prenotare senza colazione perché il colazione non era così buono come il passato, ma in generale accettato e buono 2.is Il più importante attraverso oltre 11 anni in hotel di makka è la prima volta che mi fa dicovet che il bacino idrico nel bagno è completamente attaccato e non l'ho rilassato e lo scopro tardi dopo 1 am b perché ho fatto check-in alle 7 pm e goto dormire finché mia moglie e i miei figli sono arrivati dopo mezzanotte da Alharam e mi è stato difficile chiamare per la riparazione a questo ritardo tempo e la mia famiglia nella stanza ho cercato di dirglielo il giorno dopo perché amo questo hotel ma la donna che lavora non mi ha chiesto come normale su qualsiasi denuncia ... Vorrei anche citare due punti positivi. 1.the Il dipendente di un uomo in check-in è stato molto utile e veloce 2.the Parcheggio per auto è stata la mia prima esperienza perché fuori dall'ospedale è molto pieno ora e anche se non così ampi e crowed anche io riuscivo a trovare un posto per la mia auto e era una esperienza goofd In generale, è un buon hotel esp.per prezzo ...e ha un piccolo autobus ogni ora per alarm e vaste camere pulite e merita di essere ripetuto

A Decent Stay I recently stayed at the hotel and overall, my experience was quite average. The room was clean and adequately furnished, but nothing stood out as exceptional. The staff was not so friendly and responsive to requests, though not overly accommodating. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. On the downside, the amenities were standard, and the breakfast offered limited options. While it wasn't a remarkable stay, it also didn't disappoint.
