Hotel in zona Tower 6789, Makati

I gave it a three for cleanliness because the toilet had a very strong sewage smell. I was told this was ”normal” but okay. The location is great and lots of bars and restaurants around, and only 30 min to the large shopping mall. Overal I was happy with the stay and would recomend this to my family or friends.

Il bagno era mediocre. Devono migliorare l'esperienza del cliente. La sala di massaggio è troppo fredda e non c'è modo di regolare la temperatura. Non c'è letto riscaldato. Dovevo chiedere più asciugamani per tenermi caldo. Non ha profumo come un bagno. Piccolo musty. Il terapeuta era buono però. Le camere sono ben progettate e molto spaziose. Completo con cucina in una suite 2BR. Bagno troppo alto per persone corte e può causare incidenti. Ci è un asciugacapelli che tecnicamente solo lavava i vestiti e manteneva i vestiti vapore. Il secchiere non era efficiente e abbiamo controllato con vestiti ancora a vapore. 3 associati sono venuti in camera e hanno cercato di risolvere il problema. Il loro suggerimento era lavare i vestiti di nuovo, così da sciogliere il ciclo secco. Non ha mai funzionato. Sgomento di tempo e energia. Il secco dovrebbe asciugare i vestiti. La selezione del colazione era buona.Ho visto un piccolo cazzo camminare intorno alla zona sushi.😲 La zona può ottenere così tanto traffico. Kalayaan Ave può diventare pazza occupato. Dà tempo e direzioni chiare per il vostro divertitore Grab se si vuole fare i vostri appuntamento in tempo. Valore totale del buon denaro!

La camera è molto pulita e confortevole. Si raffredda molto velocemente. Dall'esterno non si sentono rumori inutili. Personale molto cordiale La posizione è totalmente accessibile in così tanti posti. Torneremo sicuramente.

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. The Leez Inn Makati is a small hotel tucked away in a little side street and is a basic budget Hotel. The information provided about the hotel is limited and guests are taken by surprise when they arrive to find out the hotel does not accept any credit cards. This info is not indicated on any travel sites like ******* Agoda ********** etc. The staff are lovely and friendly and are just working with what they have but it is clearly disorganised. I told staff I didn't have the cash and would have to go to a money changer in the morning. I arrived late at night which they accepted and the next day I went out and change my money to Philippine Peso and when I returned to pay my bill they said you don't have the exact money and we don't have any change. I was like WTF!A hotel that doesn't accept credit cards and doesn't carry change. Extremely poor! Anyway they asked how much I had and told me to hang on to it and they would try and get some change and if I came back later that evening they should have change for me so eventually this was sorted. The rooms are small and old and very stark in the decor. There is a cabinet and also a wobbly old desk and a chair. There is a bar fridge which keeps things cold. They provide a safe, dental kits, tea and coffee making facilities but NO tea and coffee. There is one tiny bar of soap about the size of a 50 cent coin. There is a small TV on the wall with only two English speaking channels and the reception to the majority of the channels is terrible. The bathroom is very small and the shower only has a shower curtain which doesn't reach the ground so then water goes everywhere. The water takes a long time to heat up. Apart from that the water pressure is reasonable. They didn't give me the room I booked and provided me with two single instead of a queen-size bed and the air conditioning in the room leaked and made a huge puddle of water across the floor each night. The second morning I woke up and asked them could they send someone with a mop to mop up the pool of water, and they agreed, but no one ever arrived to do it. The hotel offers the basics and the beds are actually quite comfortable and the hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay but there are definitely better more modern better equipped properties in the area.

Firstly, the good. Good location in colourful Poblacion (close to the heart of Makati but keep alert) and reasonably priced. Good friendly staff who go out of their way, Nino, Marlon and Leo (Nino in particular gave me great help when ING Australia had suspended use of my ATM card given its overseas use even though I advised that I would be overseas! lol). Good security (steel security door) and good value. The bad....upper floors can only be accessed by stairs which resemble the steep climb to the death face of K2 (to say it is somewhat steep is an understatement). Nimble young folks and families could do it but it was a great strain for older folks like me despite the fact that the friendly staff were happy to carry my bags upstairs. Secondly, the internet there must be run by evil spirits - you would get connected and the internet would fade and disconnect, or refuse to connect repeatedly. There are many other alternative internet options (different routers for different floors) however you would get the same bad internet experience over and over again. Whilst there is no great internet even in Manila, at the end of the day the internet here was a very frustrating experience and a great difficulty if you absolutely required it (which is most of us). The rooms were so so and came with air conditioning and were about right for a budget stay.

Va bene, resta. C'è una bella vista dello skyline di BGC e Makati nell'area della piscina. Le camere sono piccole, ma è funzionale se non sei schizzinoso. Devi depositare 1k ed è rimborsabile. Ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze e un bancomat BDO. NEL COMPLESSO, per il prezzo che ho pagato, è un soggiorno discreto.

La posizione è abbastanza buona 👍🏻 a pochi passi dal Terminal 1... dirigiti al livello 4 del terminal 1 e cammina dritto e vedrai la scala mobile, vai al piano terra e già a sinistra vedrai l'hotel Belmont... posizione davvero buona per lunghe ore di riposo, la camera è spaziosa, pulita e ordinata, la colazione a buffet è abbastanza buona, da piatti freddi, piatti caldi, zona insalate e cereali, succhi e caffè (niente di cui lamentarsi, tutti i buoni piatti filippini) servizio cordiale dalla reception alle pulizie..Clifford, dalle pulizie, molto cordiale e attento….Consigliato 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

ボラカイ島の後泊で一泊しました。事前にメールでお願いして、空港まで迎えに来てもらいました。泊まったのはボトムカテゴリーのコーラルウィングの部屋でしたが、広さも快適さも十分。トイレが２つありました。海側か噴水側か、チェックインの際に希望を聞かれたので噴水側にしました。夜6時以降、1時間おきに行われる噴水ショーが部屋のリビング、バスルームからよく見えました。音はそんなに聞こえませんが。部屋の良かったところは荷物置きスペースが広く、玄関から直行できる作りになっているところ、明るい電気がつくドレッサーがあるところ、広いバスタブの底に滑り止めがあるところ、シャワー室にベンチがあるところ、など沢山ありました。アメニティは良い香りで、ドライヤーの風量も十分。バスローブの肌触りも良かったです。翌朝のフライトが早かったのでコンシェルジュ経由でgrabを手配してもらったのですが、モーニングコールの時間、荷物のピックアップ時刻等を決めて、後で紙にまとめたものを部屋に届けてくれました。信頼のおける対応でした。

L'hotel ha mantenuto elevati standard di pulizia sia nelle aree comuni che nelle camere degli ospiti e il personale è stato incredibilmente amichevole e attento. Vorrei congratularmi con il personale del servizio di custodia, soprattutto Daryl, che ha fatto del suo meglio per rendere la nostra permanenza qui al sole memorabile. Il modo in cui parla e fornisce le nostre esigenze senza dirgli è un treno di partenza cinque. Posso dire che è davvero entusiasta del suo lavoro.
