Hotel in zona Meralco Makati Business Center, Makati

Our room was spacious, well-maintained and clean. Linens and beds were comfortable. With my kids and senior parents around, I found it easy to move around the hotel premises. Lightings and air ventilation were adequate too. Hotel staff were prompt, efficient and helpful. Overall, the hotel provided an excellent experience tailored to families with senior and small kids. 10/10

1. The room was spacious enough. 2. The personnel really takes the cake! Very courteous, speaks mildly and smile a lot. Definitely well trained. 3. Room amenities had me really impressed. Our own water gallon, a rice cooker, oven toaster, microwave oven and an induction cooker. 4. The buffet breakfast was really underwhelming. We had better selections at Seda Manila Bay and Seda Nuvali.

La stanza era un po' fredda ma si sono adattati e ci siamo sentiti molto meglio. Servizio eccellente, rispondono velocemente quando ho lasciato il caricabatterie nella stanza. La camera era bella. Il servizio di pulizia è stato molto efficiente. Avremmo voluto avere una camera al piano più alto poiché originariamente il piano era al 9 ° piano, ma dal momento che abbiamo fatto il check-in presto era disponibile solo la camera al 7 ° piano. La camera era in stile vecchia scuola. Mi aspettavo di più dato che è un hotel a 5 stelle. Nel complesso darei 3,5/5. Penso che ci siano opzioni migliori là fuori!

The facilities and room are really good especially for the price you pay. Spacies room, good and comfortable bed, good bathroom, strong pressure shower etc. Nice pool, but the ultimum is the Spa/Onsen, good place to relax after a day in the busy city. One negative, they have an issue at the reception, the two times I have visited the hotel, check in takes forever, always something. Like Manila airport, looks like no person has a smooth/regular check in. Check out, you have to wait for your deposit gets cleared, also unnecessary long proces, it is 2024! But as said really good facilities and rooms. Neighbourhood little bit sketchy, not dangerous but lot of male and female persons wanna sell you drugs/pills/ services.

This is a business trip. I don't usually write reviews on hotels I go to but I had a short pleasant stay at the hotel because of their exceptional customer service. As expected in international hotel chains, the check in was a breeze. The rooms were clean with fluffy pillows and very comfortable mattress. Breakfast buffet with delectable international cuisine were served. The reception team were eagerly helpful to assist me when I tried to explore around. Will definitely recommend this hotel for personal or business trip.

Rimasi solo per un giorno, ma con buona esperienza, il personale è super gentile, bello, disposto a aiutarti. E anche io uso palestra e piscina, le cose sono pulite, ben gestite. La posizione è super conveniente, quando si cammina fuori dal lobby dell'hotel, è la cintura verde building3. Molto consigliata!

The Leez Inn Makati is a small hotel tucked away in a little side street and is a basic budget Hotel. The information provided about the hotel is limited and guests are taken by surprise when they arrive to find out the hotel does not accept any credit cards. This info is not indicated on any travel sites like ******* Agoda ********** etc. The staff are lovely and friendly and are just working with what they have but it is clearly disorganised. I told staff I didn't have the cash and would have to go to a money changer in the morning. I arrived late at night which they accepted and the next day I went out and change my money to Philippine Peso and when I returned to pay my bill they said you don't have the exact money and we don't have any change. I was like WTF!A hotel that doesn't accept credit cards and doesn't carry change. Extremely poor! Anyway they asked how much I had and told me to hang on to it and they would try and get some change and if I came back later that evening they should have change for me so eventually this was sorted. The rooms are small and old and very stark in the decor. There is a cabinet and also a wobbly old desk and a chair. There is a bar fridge which keeps things cold. They provide a safe, dental kits, tea and coffee making facilities but NO tea and coffee. There is one tiny bar of soap about the size of a 50 cent coin. There is a small TV on the wall with only two English speaking channels and the reception to the majority of the channels is terrible. The bathroom is very small and the shower only has a shower curtain which doesn't reach the ground so then water goes everywhere. The water takes a long time to heat up. Apart from that the water pressure is reasonable. They didn't give me the room I booked and provided me with two single instead of a queen-size bed and the air conditioning in the room leaked and made a huge puddle of water across the floor each night. The second morning I woke up and asked them could they send someone with a mop to mop up the pool of water, and they agreed, but no one ever arrived to do it. The hotel offers the basics and the beds are actually quite comfortable and the hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay but there are definitely better more modern better equipped properties in the area.

and while the experience had its positives, there were some areas of concern. The towels were not changed and looked old, which was unacceptable. Using the shower area is unsafe as it seemed poorly designed. the water container provided in the room was messy, which was disappointing. It would be much better if the hotel could provide bottled water instead for convenience and hygiene. Another issue was the noise level. The sound from outside was quite disruptive, indicating poor ventilation or insulation. It made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep so now like someone laughing loudly and opening the door is truly making me awake, reason I have time to leave a review. For a hotel advertised as five-star on your website, this was far from a five-star experience—especially for someone like me who enjoys staycations. It absolutely did not meet expectations. These issues need improvement for a better guest experience.
