Looked exactly liked the pictures. The stay was worthwhile with clean and cozy space. Neighborhood is safe with easy access to needed locations. With accommodating staff. Thank you

Location is easy to find and is near to everything, t’was a good 1 night stay, affordable and overall a nice hotel. Photo uploaded was our dinner, fast food near the hotel.

Almost clean except for permanent stains on the beddings and worn out towels, but in fairness both beddings and towels seemed clean enough. I was given a wrong key, to make it worse there’s someone occupying the room when i tried to open it with the key i was given both the guest and myself were shocked, luckily they had the second lock put in place (chain lock). The description says the beddings is duvet but to my surprise it’s only flat sheet, i booked a deluxe room and they said for that type of room they only provide flatsheet.. but then again, had i known that from the start I could have booked a totally different room as i want a duvet since i easily get cold plus im a little bit under the weather during my stay and would really need a duvet.. told the staff they should update the description on their posting as it is misleading but they don’t seem to mind what im saying… i ended up paying additional 250 pesos per night for the duvet… aside from those mishaps mentioned i had a comfortable stay anyway..

It was an okay stay.. the only problem was the water dispenser in my floor is not working, i reported it but they did not do anything.. the frontdesk officer was also so loud and they are just talking for “chika” its so squatter sorry

Unfortunately my stay was not so pleasant since my bathroom was a bad experience looking at the hygiene.

I Think the room that they gave me was not occupied for a long time? I see some small worms, probably it’s a mosquito. Not sure though. It was so noisy because the road is just in front. The staff. Were very nice. This is my second booking with them. Last one was just last month. The toilet bowl under the rim is so dirty. The AC was too loud and there’s a ticking sound and it goes all day until i sleep. I am working in the hotel industry so i know if the room was cleaned properly or not, and with the maintenance of the AC of course somehow i have ideas if there is something wrong. I was disappointed for two times already.

Clean but a bit small. Near airport.

The customer services were good, even on Christmas eve 9pm, we informed them the toilet not able to flush, they came quickly and fixed the issue. We stayed there nearly a week, no issue. But the room lack of facilities such as kettle and hair dryer.

The service at the Sans hotel is great. The rooms are however quite dirty. Our first room smelled like smoke, fortunately we were able to change to a different room. This sheets and pillows however had numerous stains and the shower did not work properly. Would not recommend.

The place is cool, near on everything. I like the set up. The staff was polite and hospitable.Only the daily housekeeping makes me feel disappointed, we found cockroach on the bed😞🥺We also Expect if we come back from outside all was done and cleaned, but no one clean it 😞we had a baby that is stepping on the floor, we checked in 2days and we hang the sign that we want to make up our room. No one came 🥺 maybe we need to communicate at the lobby. 🤔 Anyways thanks for the service.

Good and friendly staff clean and comfortable stay it's my second time staying here at sans hotel hope to see you again next year

We had an awesome stay in this hotel, though a bit tiny but slept comfortably. Will definitely come back here.
