Hotel in zona Habitat for Humanity Philippines, Makati

La stanza era un po' fredda ma si sono adattati e ci siamo sentiti molto meglio. Servizio eccellente, rispondono velocemente quando ho lasciato il caricabatterie nella stanza. La posizione è fantastica. Il cibo è eccellente. Si prega di notare che l'area colazione prevede un codice di abbigliamento che non consente canottiere

Questa è la mia prima volta che mi fermo a New World Hotel e posso solo dire che è perfetto se hai intenzione di andare in giro per Greenbelt e Glorietta. Il Greebelt 3 è letteralmente solo una strada lontana. Le camere sono un po 'dattute, e si può vedere che uno specchio è già sporco, ma tutto in tutto ciò non ha influenzato la qualità del mio soggiorno. Il letto è grande, la camera è spaziosa e il personale è tutto tipo, benvenuto e vi saluta sempre con un sorriso.

We love coming back here because of the prime location and accessibility to everything. We were surprised when one of the Bellman remembers us since our last stay was in January 2024. I just hope that the hotel management will reiterate the staffs to greet the quests no matter who it is what they are wearing. One thing it feels a bit off for me was only once in a blue moon you get a greeting from the staff around especially at the breakfast. Genuine warm hospitality is the best key to make your guest feel special and comfortable. But overall it’s still a good stay. We truly appreciate the handwritten card from the GM. 1. The room was spacious enough. 2. The personnel really takes the cake! Very courteous, speaks mildly and smile a lot. Definitely well trained. 3. Room amenities had me really impressed. Our own water gallon, a rice cooker, oven toaster, microwave oven and an induction cooker. 4. The buffet breakfast was really underwhelming. We had better selections at Seda Manila Bay and Seda Nuvali.

Inoltre, bella acqua calda e vasca da bagno per rilassarti dopo una lunga giornata. 3. Servizio: il personale è incredibilmente gentile, disponibile e comprensivo. Presumibilmente c'è un deposito da pagare al momento del check-in, ma, poiché ho finito il mio peso e non hanno accettato la mia carta di debito UnionPay, la reception ha deciso di rinunciarvi. La reception accetta Alipay, ma i ristoranti no.

and while the experience had its positives, there were some areas of concern. The towels were not changed and looked old, which was unacceptable. Using the shower area is unsafe as it seemed poorly designed. the water container provided in the room was messy, which was disappointing. It would be much better if the hotel could provide bottled water instead for convenience and hygiene. Another issue was the noise level. The sound from outside was quite disruptive, indicating poor ventilation or insulation. It made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep so now like someone laughing loudly and opening the door is truly making me awake, reason I have time to leave a review. For a hotel advertised as five-star on your website, this was far from a five-star experience—especially for someone like me who enjoys staycations. It absolutely did not meet expectations. These issues need improvement for a better guest experience.

Our stay in The Alpha Suites was a great surprise. We booked a room for our Christmas party, which was perfect because it's really spacious. The staff were also very accommodating with our requests, deliveries, etc. I would definitely consider booking here again.

The facilities and room are really good especially for the price you pay. Spacies room, good and comfortable bed, good bathroom, strong pressure shower etc. Nice pool, but the ultimum is the Spa/Onsen, good place to relax after a day in the busy city. One negative, they have an issue at the reception, the two times I have visited the hotel, check in takes forever, always something. Like Manila airport, looks like no person has a smooth/regular check in. Check out, you have to wait for your deposit gets cleared, also unnecessary long proces, it is 2024! But as said really good facilities and rooms. Neighbourhood little bit sketchy, not dangerous but lot of male and female persons wanna sell you drugs/pills/ services.

The Leez Inn Makati is a small hotel tucked away in a little side street and is a basic budget Hotel. The information provided about the hotel is limited and guests are taken by surprise when they arrive to find out the hotel does not accept any credit cards. This info is not indicated on any travel sites like ******* Agoda ********** etc. The staff are lovely and friendly and are just working with what they have but it is clearly disorganised. I told staff I didn't have the cash and would have to go to a money changer in the morning. I arrived late at night which they accepted and the next day I went out and change my money to Philippine Peso and when I returned to pay my bill they said you don't have the exact money and we don't have any change. I was like WTF!A hotel that doesn't accept credit cards and doesn't carry change. Extremely poor! Anyway they asked how much I had and told me to hang on to it and they would try and get some change and if I came back later that evening they should have change for me so eventually this was sorted. The rooms are small and old and very stark in the decor. There is a cabinet and also a wobbly old desk and a chair. There is a bar fridge which keeps things cold. They provide a safe, dental kits, tea and coffee making facilities but NO tea and coffee. There is one tiny bar of soap about the size of a 50 cent coin. There is a small TV on the wall with only two English speaking channels and the reception to the majority of the channels is terrible. The bathroom is very small and the shower only has a shower curtain which doesn't reach the ground so then water goes everywhere. The water takes a long time to heat up. Apart from that the water pressure is reasonable. They didn't give me the room I booked and provided me with two single instead of a queen-size bed and the air conditioning in the room leaked and made a huge puddle of water across the floor each night. The second morning I woke up and asked them could they send someone with a mop to mop up the pool of water, and they agreed, but no one ever arrived to do it. The hotel offers the basics and the beds are actually quite comfortable and the hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay but there are definitely better more modern better equipped properties in the area.
