Hotel in zona Guadalupe Church, Makati

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. This room was spacious, clean, and had a bath tub. The aircon could be colder, but that is just me, I'm used to 16°C setting and the setting could only go down to 20 degrees only. The view is good and if you want to explore at night or day. There are lots of activity to do. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Especially the beef tapa and pastries. The service top notch everyone was accommodating and courteous. One last thing, the pool is amazing. #Staycation #LuxuryLiving 🏠🍽️🍽️🏊♀️

Perchè scegliere questo albergo? 1. Posizione: a pochi passi da centri commerciali, parchi, ristoranti, ecc. Sono andato all'aeroporto da questo hotel, la spesa era poco più di 300 PHP. All'interno dell'hotel sono presenti anche 2 ristoranti. 2. Rapporto qualità/prezzo: la stanza è un intero monolocale. Inoltre, bella acqua calda e vasca da bagno per rilassarti dopo una lunga giornata. 3. Servizio: il personale è incredibilmente gentile, disponibile e comprensivo. Presumibilmente c'è un deposito da pagare al momento del check-in, ma, poiché ho finito il mio peso e non hanno accettato la mia carta di debito UnionPay, la reception ha deciso di rinunciarvi. La reception accetta Alipay, ma i ristoranti no.

Questa è la seconda volta che soggiorno nella *****ola di Manila. Sono stato qui una volta in 18 anni e la camera è stata rinnovata, ma non è cambiato molto. Il servizio alla reception è comunque efficiente e cordiale. Anche la qualità della colazione è abbastanza buona, ma ci sono molti cibi occidentali e pochissimi cibi cinesi. Sorprendentemente, il servizio nell'atrio, che in passato era impressionante, era a un prezzo basso. Dopo l'arrivo della nostra macchina, c'erano molti facchini, ma nessuno ci ha aiutato a tirare la porta o i bagagli un grande berretto alla porta. Ok, ma ora che la persona è cambiata, parlo solo da solo e non apro la porta all'ospite. Più tardi, un addetto alla sicurezza ci ha aiutato a trasportare i bagagli. Lo stesso problema di servizio si è verificato anche con la giovane donna che si è seduta a colazione. Sembrava così arrogante e deludente. Alberghi professionali, le tende oscuranti sono fatte così, ahimè! ! !

Front desk staff and wait staff at the club room/lounge were very friendly, attentive to our needs and courteous. Rooms are clean with enough amenities. There were variety of finger foods during cocktail, all yummy. You can ask them to mix simple drinks as well. Breakfast buffet also have a wide variety.

Was a good stay, although we have to shift room due to Aircon issue. Also the room maid did not do such a good job cleaning the room last 2 nights. Location is good. Some friendly front desk except for the staff named Molly (gave us a annoyed facial reaction) nonetheless we recommend Sam and Charisse.

Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di rimanere a Makati Diamond Residences, e non posso esprimere abbastanza quanto eccezionale sia stata la mia esperienza. Dal momento in cui sono entrato, il personale mi ha fatto sentire incredibilmente benvenuto, fornendo servizio di top-notch durante il mio soggiorno. Le camere sono spaziose, lussuose e impecabilmente pulite, offrendo una combinazione perfetta di comfort e stile. Le strutture di questa proprietà sono semplicemente eccellenti. La palestra è ben attrezzata e la zona della piscina è un'oasi di relax. Mi è piaciuto soprattutto il buffet per colazione, che ha offerto una vasta gamma di opzioni deliziose per la catering a ogni palazzo. La posizione è invincibile, proprio nel cuore di Makati, rendendo conveniente esplorare la città. Il fatto che Makati Diamond Residences sia davvero separato è la loro attenzione al dettaglio e l'impegno a far sentire gli ospiti a casa. Ogni aspetto del mio soggiorno supera le aspettative, e mi sono lasciato sentire rinfrescato e ansioso di tornare. Raccomando al massimo le Residenze di Makati Diamond a chiunque cerca un soggiorno di lusso e memorabile a Manila. Cinque stelle, senza dubbio!

We booked to stay here for Christmas. We chose it for its close proximity to Greenbelt malls. I booked 3 rooms and asked for the rooms to be adjoining but the best they managed to do was that we were all on the same floor. It was a busy period so this is understandable. There are many other places to stay in the area which are cheaper and if we ever stay in a hotel for Christmas again, we will seek cheaper accommodation because we were hardly in our room. The breakfast had fantastic selection. Staff were lovely and we appreciated that they also employed staff who are hard of hearing–– they opened the door for us and were prepared with a list of places guests might want to go to so that they can direct. We got to practice our ASL (American Sign Language) which works for the Philippine Sign Language! Photo from one of the restaurants at Greenbelt close to the hotel.

Molto buon posto per rimanere in vacanza. Le camere sono così spaziose.Abbiamo prenotato due camere, ma il personale ha migliorato la nostra camera a tre. Posizione bello che facilmente per voi prendere a prendere o taxi per andare ovunque. Se rientramo a Manila, verrà certamente a stare in questo hotel. Molto raccomandato!!!
