There was poor prior communication about checking into the hotel. The hostess was very unfriendly and it appeared that it was a chore checking us in.
Poor Aircondition system did not reach all bedrooms. Further more the pool is small and due to this and all the people using it the water was dull and very cloudy.

Very spacious 3 bedroom apartment with gorgeous ocean views. Extremely well.equipped kitchen. Lovely pool and bbq area, kept clean and appreciated by guests. Compliments to Michael and Brooke for their time taken to ensure your stay is Perfect!

The apartment wee had needed refurbishment. Cushions on the couch are dirty, 2 out 3 air conditions are extremely old, one of them is with smell. Some of the furnitures has sticky surfaces, exhaust fan in both bathrooms are not working. Master bedroom door lock doesn't work. Share bathroom door lock doesn't work. And entrance door broke in the last couple of days. Undercover parking basement has leaks from internal pipe. I guess luxury is just the location.

This was the fourth time we stayed at Norfolk Apartments over the last ten years. The apartments are light and have balconies, modern kitchens and comfortable furnishings. Many of the apartments have spectacular views and the sound of the waves was very relaxing. The beds are very comfortable. Norfolk Apartments are in a great position, located close to the beach, the shops and restaurants. The managers, Michael and Brooke, are very friendly and helpful, willing to go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. We look forward to staying again at Norfolk Apartments. We recommend Norfolk Apartments for a great Gold Coast holiday.

Myself and my family stayed here for two nights recently in a 3 bedroom apartment, and were very pleasantly surprised by the amenities and the size of the apartment. It had everything we needed for our stay, and wow, the VIEW from the apartment over the beach was amazing. Morning sun streamed into the living room as we made breakfast in the well appointed kitchen, before we went downstairs and strolled across the road to the beach, then came back via the local cafe and enjoyed the onsite spa to warm up! Easy walk to Tedder Ave for cafes and other stores, and to the light rail station as well. Michael the owner was friendly and easy to communicate with, gave us lots of useful information about the accommodation and the local area, and also kindly allowed us to check in early. Fantastic value for money as well! I would highly recommend staying here.

Check in & out process was super easy, and the managers had great communication. Our three bedroom apartment was well maintained and perfect for my friends and I! Location was great, being close to the tram stop made it easy to get to the GC hotspots!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, there was so much space and we had a lovely view of the ocean. The place was very clean and easily accessible. it’s also close to the tram station which makes getting around very easy. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Amazing three bedroom apartment with fantastic views of the beach. Check in with super easy and reception team were very friendly to deal with. Extremely close to the Main Beach tram station and would be an Extremely close to the Main Beach tram station and would be an excellent stay for anyone attending an event on the Gold Coast especially at Doug Jennings. Would definitely stay again!

Apartments are massive, and stylishly equipped, views are beautiful & Norfolk is convenient to beach & Tedder Ave cafes. I also love that it’s not a massive high rise and the managers are excellent. Our apartment was thoroughly cleaned & maintained.
