The glass was already broken when we reached there yet we had to pay for that already done damage at checkout. Hotel was good and the rooms were clean but this experience at checkout soured my whole trip.

It is a beautiful resort to visit for a family stay. Good food , good ambience and a perfect location for a short weekend gateway. Service was good and staff is humble. Rishika and manpreet were quite helpful for the hassle free check in and guided us for rest all details. Will definitely recommend and would love to visit again.

Great Stay during Corprate Offsite with Team. Property is Lavish and staff is way too supportive. Breakfast, Lunch and all arrangement was excellent. Rooms are neat and clean with all the amenities. Team enjoyed a lot during offsite visit

So i’ve visited on 28th Dec’23 for breakfast because i had important work there. When i was about to enter the property. Outside guard stopped me for no reason and said ‘Paaji,kithhe?’ I mean *** is this?? How can a guard be so casual with a guest in a 5 star property? He discriminated me on the basis of religion coz i’m sikh. He can’t say Sikh,muslim and christian. He’s on duty so should address guest professionally with ‘sir’ I really got offended with his words. One guard in 5 star property saying ‘Paaji’ to guest without knowing financial status and all. What training is given to staff? I shared this incident briefly with Mr. Ankit Bhatnagar frontdesk. Unfortunately,will not recommend this jaypee property. I found Delhi and Mussoorie more hospitable. Being in Greater noida it’s just average. Breakfast was also Okayish.

Extremely warm and courteous staff. Would like to specifically mention Rishika who was very very prompt and supportive. Property is very well maintained and I would highly recommend. The food was also very good and lots of activities for the kids to enjoy.

Had good time , all services provided to us was awesome . Quality of food was very good, room service is prompt. Over all experience is awesome. They have Jaypee Atlantic sports complex many games there we enjoyed a lot thanks to all front desk team thanks to Rishika …

Lovely hotel, staff is very nice. We had lovely time here with family. We enjoyed a lot. Himanshu Manager is very nice person, always helpful and humble person. We will come again to stay here n also share with our friends to come here. .........

the staff and their warmth, the room cleaning and vibe. Everything was exquisite. This is a must visit property for a few days. The buffet is great. Breakfast lunch and dinner. Special mention to Ms Rishika verma who really took care and was always there to provide extra attention. who was very warm too. Very grounded and aware. The entire staff is brilliant and well trained. Can’t wait to be back.

It was a Nice stay with family and ambience was good for kids. The jaypee staff was very courteous and the food was nice and location was good and restaurant ambience was very attractive 👌 Thanks to Rishika very helpful thank you so much 😀.........
