I saw a cockroach on one of the food stands during breakfast. I could not believe it. I wud not stay here sgain...

Good hotel. Good restaurant and coffee shop. Bar could have been better. Rooms have a good city view

Sheru Pathan Indore MP Chicken Korma Is Authentic I Give 5 Star to This .I would like to give special.Thanks To Mr.Rezan and Mr.Bablu they are well supportive and help a lot .I like the dishes specially korma and rasmalai .I like the environment of the hotel all the staff were well supportive and helpful thank you everyone

Staff is good,food also upto the mark, housekeeping services were extremely satisfactory...... overall it was good stay ..... location was also good .....will definitely recommend this to all my friends..... thank u team reception for allotment good side room

“Property needs upgrade ” Building is good at this location it’s pretty cool but same time its outdated in many way’s they have rooms which doesn’t have any carpet on floor, TV’s are outdated even there own engineering staff was saying our TV’s quality is bad so output is bad Even they are not even smart tv’s And they have Bose speaker also in room but still they r also outdated you have to make them connect by AUX cable, if you r iPhone user u can’t! I asked them to put a cake on arrival but they didn’t place any cake it was our anniversary and they have ruined it successfully not a problem in evening i told them that you can place that uh can place cake now we are going to poolside but they didn’t next i told them that I’m going outside and plsss this time place the cake in room but as usual they didn’t!! I got cake at 10’0 clock after doing mutiple follow-up!!Then next they don’t even have First aid box at their concierge desk or front desk they denied clearly that we don’t have first aid box! Like what?? My self got suffered there because i was suffering from fever and they doesn’t have any common medicine!! Why they have concierge than?? The room which assigned to me has a lot of cracks over the bathtub, i can write so much but i think its enough for u and you should have think about these which i mentioned!!

Fantastic Laundry Experience I’m staying with the Crowne Plaza, Greater Noida from the 15th through the 20th. By far, my laundry experience has been fantastic. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights when I was visiting Noida to attend an Exhibition at India Expo Mart. Overall rooms are spacious and hotel is good. But the food is very expensive. In room dining service is poor as they take a lot of time in delivering food. Breakfast was lavish and good. Overall average stay compared to the price I paid for it.

There were 3 staff members who were exceptional - Lalrindiki, Zonunmawii and Pranav. They were friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and made the stay thoroughly enjoyable. I cannot sing their praises high enough - they were fantastic..
