Excellent from start to finish. Gorgeous views and staff who were always smiling. Grab is ok to go back to hotel but needed to pay a bit more for taxis to go from the hotel. Swimming pool was nice but very cold. Overall would definitely recommend for a carefree and memorable stay!

This is a fantastic place with amazing views, super friendly staff and great food quality. We got a little unlucky with our room not having any view at all. But still the overall vibe made up for it. The spa is spectacular as well. Highly recommended.

The hotel is situated in the mountains near many activities in Mai Rim. Although a little far from the city center there is a shuttle to town that you can pay for. Everything is elegant and beautiful. The food is really good quality.

The best place to be in the rainy season. The resort has a lot to offer, the best being the mountain view, fresh air, huge room with a view . The pools are huge, surrounded by nature . The heated mineral pool is perfect for a cold wet day. Downside is the access . Must arrange for transport in advance. Don't trust Grab. The drivers won't send you for less than $900. Resort will arrange for transport back to town.

I've enjoyed the facilities of that hotel. Very good and very suitable for us.

Furniture need to upgrade. Also not friendly if old age stay on high fl.

Nice view and excellent services

The hotel is in the middle of the mountain. It takes around 1 hour from Chiang Mai airport. Suggest to arrive hotel early to enjoy the resort as nothing to see during night time. Hotel restaurant is good, looking out the mountain and food is good with fair price. Room is so so, nothing wow. Nice to walk around the resort area during day time, nice and chill.

Wonderful experience stay with good services. Staffs are helpful and room are clean.

Good but can be better too. Morning buffet was good, dinner at the same restaurant was ok but they missed out our food so we were stuck there for at least 2 hours. 😅 good transport service very fast. Rooms spacious but no sound proof and very dark at night 😬

The Hotel location is right in the mountains area around Mae Rim. Good view and nice layout for most of the facilities. The room we stayed has not much view except some trees and plants. But the air and the weather is just good enough to offset the room view. The resorts is a bit updated in term of furniture but they did a good job in keeping them clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay, hoping they are going to carry out some refurbishing on the facilities and rooms.

Nice hotel for relaxing but there is lift to the room so you definetely need man services to lift up and lift down the luggage . Anyhow the buggy services is very efficient just beware lots of things in the room is chargeable .
