Worst hotel you can ever stay. Dirty bathrooms .broken curtains and waste plates outside your room. The toilet flush won't work. And they charge your around 6.7 for a room. They have kept fake good reviews in Google review. If you see the one star review they are the real customer who really stayed there and updated their real stories

Hello there, recently I had the misfortune of witnessing a saddening sight at Tycoon resort. My stay at Tycoon resort was incredibly disappointing due to poorly maintained rooms with evident signs of neglect, and an unacceptable delay in receiving my refund after check-out. Despite repeated requests, the staff showed a blatant disregard for addressing the room issues and frustratingly the refund process. Till am not get the refund also. I strongly advise against staying here, as the lack of basic upkeep and poor customer service are simply not acceptable.

I paid for the resort in full upfront, but upon arrival, the room was not cleaned, and no bedsheet was provided. When I asked about it, the manager explained that the laundry was delayed and refused to assist further, suggesting that I leave the room. Taken aback by their attitude, we decided to leave and were given a cash voucher with a promise of a full refund. However, two months have passed, and despite several follow-ups, the refund still hasn't been issued. Moreover, when asking about the property, they promote booking directly with them at a lower price than on platforms like TripAdvisor, stating that it's because they don't have to be accountable for the quality of their services or the property itself. After making a direct payment, it became clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority, leaving us with no way to resolve any issues.

I booked this resort by paying the full amount in advance, but upon checking in, the room was not clean, and no bedsheet was provided. Surprised by their approach, we left the property and received a cash voucher promising a full refund. However, it has been two months, and despite multiple follow-ups, the refund has not been processed. Additionally, when inquiring about the property, they encourage you to book directly with them at a lower price than on platforms like TripAdvisor or other booking sites, claiming it’s because they don’t have to answer for their services or the condition of the property. Once you pay directly, it feels as if they don’t care about customer satisfaction and you have no recourse.

No staffs, no cleanliness, no proper attention & ambience is tooo worse, vacation will be spoiled if we stay there, pool is not in good condition

We stayed in amazon room. In that they have two rooms, both rooms not changed pillow covers and bed sheets and ac not working properly in both rooms. Finally toilet is the worst thing in that rooms.

Lot of mosquito bites in the room
no privacy. All sounds heard outside and to adjacent room
bathroom flush not working
blankets not provided even when asked for
ac no proper cooling effect
swimming pool was dirty
booking tariff included lunch or dinner as complimentary. But i was charged for that. When asked for, the receptionist behaved so rude i would recommend anyone not to book this resort at any cost. Green royale s better option
