The room did not have basic sanitation and amenities. AC was not functioning properly. Very poor service

Hotel room was full of mosquitos, asked 100 times to send allout or any other mosquito repellent, finally they came in at 12 in the night, with soap water in spry bottle and sprayed in room

The property needs to be maintained properly. Some smell came when entering the room, we requested to switch room and got new to room. That was ok compared to the other.

Room is comfortable. Ac is ok. A lot of mosquitos. They spray hit which will affect inmates. There are minuses otherwise stay is ok.

Staff was good and very cooperative, maintenance is required. Exhaust in bathroom is missing. Little far away from amma temple

Location was good. But there is no inhouse restaurant available with the hotel. Old property. Staffs were supporting. Absolutely no amenities available.

We took around 5 rooms on this hotel for marraige . It was mentioned here as there is a free parking . But they won’t allow you to park even on roads which near to the entrance.when I tried to park my two wheeler, there was a Honda city driver (claimed to be owner’s car ) and he was a way too arrogant towards customers and didn’t allowed me to park my two wheeler. So I had to park on the other side of the road which is actually platform . And then again he took the car and made my whole vehicle wet with soap water. Pathetic experience. Even if it’s an owners car , where am I supposed to to park my vehicle ? On terrace ? Coming to the watchman behaviour , I don’t know about his existence ! most of the time he was not there to assist us . Given two stars only for the sake of rooms and other services . Pathetic !!!!
