I had an incredible stay at the Marriott hotel! The room was exceptionally comfortable and spotlessly clean, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of travel. What truly stood out was the amazing staff—they were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience. I couldn't have asked for better hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel for a truly enjoyable stay!

We booked comfort room for one day. It is a decent hotel with all basic amenities. The service was excellent and all our requirements are attended promptly. Location is great advantage as the temple, railway station and bus stand are close by. Moreover it is surrounded by good hotels like sree sabarees where we can get good food in normal price.

Location is perfect, very near the temple and all the shops but still in a quiet area. Staff was very helpful. Possibility to have some hot water downstairs in the reception area. The room is big and the bed was comfortable. Shower not always working we had to shower using the buckets. Overall pleasant stay. I recommend.

It was good and quite average experience to stay at cr grandee madurai, the hotel was average and rooms are not well maintained but yes those rooms were clean and comfortable and food was fine. Staff was cooperative. Thanks for your services. I don’t have pics to share

Good hotel and staff on main road there is a snack shop next to hotel which comes very helpful to solo travelers

I have been staying with this hotel since 2014. Nice spacious room but washroom and towel, linen quality needs to be improved. It's not dirty but neither fresh also. Not sure if the rooms allocated makemytrip customer are not upto the mark
