Hotel in zona Parroquia Sta. Maria Soledad Torres Acosta, Madrid

Ho dormito qui due notti a giugno 2022 per impegni di lavoro. Siccome abbiamo l’ufficio ad Alcobendas, è stato scelto questo hotel, non all’altezza di altre strutture in zona. Onestamente per stare in periferia di Madrid, a mezz’ora di taxi dal centro 143 euro a notte mi sembrano eccessivi per una struttura che ha visto sicuramente tempi migliori.

A very comfy sleep in the centre of Madrid-Good mattress and chair to work This hotel is only one star, but the quality is medium/high. I booked a double bed and a private bathroom; the price is around 100 euros, which I think is expensive, but it may be the usual price in Madrid for one star hotels. The location is convenient for Line 1, the blue line and stop ”Estrecho”; L1 stops at Atocha, the high/speed station. The ride is approximately 30 minutes. The personnel are very kind and helpful. I was able to check in early since I needed to work. The room is small, but the bed has a nice size. It is very clean. However, it is difficult to keep up the highest standards since the floor is white and there were some hairs on the floor. I had a very good sleep; The quality of the mattress is excellent, and people are respectful and quiet, even though there are some common areas for guests who share bedrooms or other amenities. The chair in the bedroom is very comfy to work on. I managed to work for eight hours. All the furniture is of high standards, overall. There is complimentary tea and decaf coffee the whole day round. On the bad side, the breakfast was not great. The quality of the products is not good, for example, bread, jam (low-calories), pastries, or juices, which are not fruit natural juices. There are not too many options. The breakfast should start earlier than 8 am, above all for guests who are on business. I do not think guests should wash their dishes, but rinse them and allocate them in the dishwasher since they are using the same sponge, and after COVID-19, this practice should be avoided for further illnesses. The coffee machine provides coffee but is not of such good quality. It does not come hot enough. The quality of the towels is not good. They are old and do not dry properly. I think it is essential to have recycling bins, in particular, since guests are booking to sleep and they cook and prepare their food. The coffee machine does not allow you to reuse your glass, which is a shame as per providing a new glass with a plastic spoon every time you want a coffee. I tried to press the option ”no glass”, but it will not work. It seems that everything goes in the same bin. The shower has low pressure and two taps. It is not easy to reach quick and warm water. The head is not mobile, so girls bring your shower cap. The quality of the shower gel is nice. Very fashionable!!

Read before deciding to stay here So arriving in madrid I wanted to use public transport to get to this hotel however the nearest station to this hotel is la granja no one has ever heard of this train station and didn’t know which line I had to take I took the train from the airport and went to atocha which seems to be the main train station for all lines then no one knew where I had to go I ended up getting a taxi which cost me €40 arrived at the hotel which for a budget hotel is good enough I paid £62 through ba holidays which Inc breakfast the room was okish had twin beds there’s a telly the air con I couldn’t work it out seemed to blow warm air!!! Bathroom was a good size however the shower was terrible hot water but the pressure was awful there’s dove amenities avail in the bathroom which was nice the fact we came here and the heat was really hot I could of done with cold air as the room was quite stuffy !! The hotel location if u don’t have a car is Terrible and not much to do if u want to eat there is a tapas restaurant at the ibis hotel which is across the road but that was really expensive so stopped there for a few drinks also get complimentary olives and nuts which was nice there is a food outlet over the motorway called heron diversia but u have to get a cab there cost €7 there wasn’t much in food wise there which I found really disappointing no tapas!!! Ended up at Tgi Friday which wasn’t anything to rate about either The breakfast at the hotel was simple wasn’t anything to sing and dance about personally wish I stayed in central madrid tbh but I was only here for 1 night!!!

Hotel perfecto i moderno para visitar madrid, el cual se encuentra a 20 minutos o los parques de atracciones de madrid tambien a 20 minutos. Hotel con habitaciones amplias i comodas, totalmente nuevo. Dispone de desayunos con un horario amplio de 8 a 11 i servicio de cenas . Comida muy buena i atencion del personal excelente,muy atentos i con una sonrisa en la boca,sobretodo vladimir. Dispone de parking gratuito ,junto al hotel se situa un burguer king o una pizzeria carlos para comer tambien.

Questo è un bell'hotel moderno. È facile da raggiungere dalla metropolitana e dall'aeroporto. È a soli 30 minuti di metropolitana dal centro di Madrid dall'hotel. La camera era bella, l'unico problema era che i cuscini erano un po' sottili e la finestra era difficile da tenere aperta a meno che non ci si incastrasse qualcosa, ma sono solo problemi molto minori e sono stato felice di restare qui di nuovo.

L’ostello si trova in una posizione perfetta a pochi passi dalla centralissima stazione Sol. La posizione ci ha consentito di girare tutto il centro di Madrid senza dover mai prendere un mezzo. Si arriva a Sol comodamente dall’aeroporto con un solo cambio. Personale sorridente e super gentile. La camera familiare era perfetta per le nostre esigenze: moderna, pulita e rifatta ogni giorno. Finestre super insonorizzate non si percepisce il minimo rumore dall’esterno. Meno insonorizzate le porte interne che sbattono un po’. Abbiamo comunque riposato benissimo. Cassetta di sicurezza in camera con cauzione. Non abbiamo provato il bar ma sembrava un ambiente confortevole ed accogliente. Insomma: nulla da invidiare ai migliori hotel, ci torneremo!

Appartamenti molto puliti e dotati dell'essenziale per trascorrere un buon soggiorno, l'unico neo è che non ci sono molti posti dove mangiare in giro, per il resto è tutto perfetto

Un'esperienza molto piacevole negli hotel B&B. Prezzo ragionevole per 3 giorni e 2 notti durante il periodo natalizio. L'hotel non è lussuoso ma ha tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. La stanza è pulita, ordinata e silenziosa. La posizione è perfetta, molto vicino a Puerta del Sol, a circa 30 secondi a piedi. Il personale era gentile e simpatico, soprattutto la ragazza con i capelli rosa. Offrono anche la colazione, un sacchetto di croissant/ciambelle/muffin piccoli e acqua ogni mattina. Ha davvero un buon sapore! Il balsamo dello shampoo è acquoso, forse non così utile per le ragazze. Se non ti dispiace, puoi sicuramente scegliere questo hotel per il tuo soggiorno a Madrid.

Abbiamo avuto una notte q siamo stati q l warner e l verità q è stata una scelta giusta. Camera molto ampia super pulita, riformulata e super bella xa i bambini tematica come un castello.. loro chifo!!! Il bagno aperto, pulito e un piatto di doccia enorme. Il personale super amabile e ci lasciamo un giocattolo del bambino e ci hanno salvato fino a q potevamo tornare a x il. Il tema del caffè e del cacao gratis la verità q un punto a vostro favore è grato. Senza dubbio torneremo e molto consigliabile se vai alla Werner già q è a 10 minuti in auto. L'unica prende parcheggio completo quando arrivamo xo tb erano le 12 d di notte xo non c'è stato alcun problema nel parcheggio vicino.

L'hotel si trova vicino alla stazione di Atocha, a circa 5 minuti a piedi. Ci sono autobus della metropolitana davanti alla porta e ci sono molti ristoranti, KFC e McDonald's in cinque minuti. È davvero estremamente conveniente. Per quanto riguarda i difetti, uno è che il posto è troppo vivace e un po' rumoroso di notte, l'altro è che la stanza è un po' piccola e l'aria condizionata non ha riscaldamento. Adatto a chi viaggia per vivere, non adatto per le vacanze.
