Hotel vicini a Parroquia Santuario De Nuestra Señora Del Perpetuo Socorro a Madrid

I recently stayed at One Shot 22 to celebrate my Birthday and my Daughter's Graduation. I rented two premium rooms. The photos of the rooms depicted a wrap around balcony. Upon arrival the A/C did not work. When I attempted to call the front desk no one picked up the phone. After a few failed attempts on trying to reach someone by phone I proceeded to go down to the lobby. The explained to the receptionist that the AC was not working and I attempted to call but no one had answered the phone. The receptionist stated that she heard the phone but was helping someone else so she could not pick up the phone. I was ok with that response. She then advised me that she was would turn on the AC from a master control station at the desk. I expressed my concern that I would not be able to adjust the AC directly from the room. The receptionist then stated to call the front desk if I want the AC adjusted. I believe this was unacceptable. I was exhausted from travelling that day and went to bed hoping I would not have an issue with the AC. The next day I went down to the front desk to express my dissatisfaction with the two premium rooms not having the wrap around balcony depicted in the room pictures. The receptionist argued that there were no such pictures in the room description. I should her copies of my reservations and asked her to go on their website to verify the pictures. Upon the receptionist viewing the images she apologized and stated there was only one room in the hotel with a wrap around balcony. The only reason I booked two premium rooms in this hotel was to be able to sit out on the balcony and relax after a long a day. I asked to speak to a manger. The receptionist stated there was no manger on site but provided with a phone number to the manager. I called and left a message. I went out for the day upon arrive the AC was not working again for the second time. I had to go back down to the lobby for the receptionist to activate the AC. Again, I requested to speak to manager. The receptionist reached out to the manager and left the manager a message to contact me. When the manager contacted me I expressed to her that the ONLY reason I booked the hotel was for the balcony overlooking a small park. Again I was advised they only had one premium room with a wrap around balcony. I alerted the manager that One Shot was misrepresenting the premium rooms by displaying photos of a wrap around balcony. The manager apologized for the inconvenience and stated that she would advise the marketing department of the images displayed. I asked for a discount because I felt I was paying a premium price but not receiving what One Shot portrayed in their Premium room images. I must be honest, the bed and pillows were VERY comfortable. The bathroom was showing it's age with the wallpaper peeling. My wife had a difficult time putting on her make up with the poor lighting over the vanity. I wasn't impressed with the limited breakfast onsite. The hotel was in a qui

Lo staff gentile, la doccia è fenomenale! sarei rimasta li sotto per ore! Camera spaziosa. Hanno la possibilità di ordinare da mangiare in camera fino a mezzanotte e hanno un distributore di cibi e bevande in reception. La posizione è ottima, vicino ai principali luoghi di interesse (nonostante l'immensità di Madrid) e soprattutto vicino a molte fermate della metro. L'hotel ha uno stile moderno, piacevole ed è molto curato, sia nei dettagli, che nella pulizia.

Hotel situato in una posizione strategica per girare al città, con due linee metropolitana vicino: fermata Tribunal ( linea 1 -10) perfetta per raggiungere sia l'aeroporto, sia la stazione ferroviaria di Atocha. Vicino a Malasana uno dei quartieri della movida madrilena. Ampia stanza con bagno dotato di tutti i comfort: dispenser con sapone e crema corpo e nelle doccia dispensar con shampo, bagnoschiuma e balsamo. Il Phon è ottimo! La camera pulita, ampia e con frigobar, aria condizionata. Il letto abbastanza comodo. Personale gentile e disponibile, non avevo la colazione inclusa ma vicino si trovano dei bar o ”Cereal Hunter” un posto molto carino dove poter fare una colazione a base di cereali. Consigliatissimo!

La posizione dell'hotel è molto centrale e ben situato, buona pulizia e buona qualità prezzo. Prima di entrare in hotel , Marisa del personale dell'hotel ci ha attenuto via telefono meraviglioso e ci ha spiegato come fare il check-in su Internet, perché in questo hotel si fa così (cosa che dovrebbe spiegare Trip.com e non è indicato).

ottima posizione, 15 minuti a piedi da Callao. Hotel molto tranquillo. Stanza interna, sufficientemente ampia e silenziosa. Da preferire stanze sul retro, dato che la via è molto trafficata, anche se magari sono meno luminose perchè affacciano su un cavedio. Bagno grande con finestra (anche se forse avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata). Ottimo wi-fi. Buona colazione (dolce e salata). Molto comodo anche per la metropolitana dato che la buca la buca è a pochi passi. Qualità NH di buon livello.

Ho soggiornato 3 giorni in questo hotel con la mia famiglia , abbiamo avuto una una camera al 5 piano con vista sui tetti della città ,e un’altra con la vista all’interno . La posizione dell’hotel è super centrale proprio a 10 min dal palazzo reale e altrettanti 10 minuti a piedi dai principali musei ( thyssen bormiza e il prado ) . Il personale dell’hotel è giovane e super qualificato . Sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza . Le camere sono grandi tecnologiche e ben accessoriate . C’è anche una profumazione x ambiente in regalo x l’ospite dell’hotel . Il bagno è nuovo in marmo nero e cristallo con una bella doccia spaziosa che si accende con il bottone . La colazione all’interno del ristorante Omar è buonissima , servita a la carte con pane e cornetti farti in casa espressi . Consiglierei questo hotel e questa tipologia di catena perché offre un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo , e un servizio impeccabile .

Abbiamo scelto la king deluxe ed è stata un'ottima scelta. L'arredamento è minimal e moderno in stile industriale ma alla stanza non manca nulla. Abbiamo fatto colazione ogni mattina ed è sufficientemente varia ed abbondante. L'aperitivo consumato in terrazza davvero con una bellissima atmosfera. Complimenti a tutto lo staff per la gestione della struttura

Uno stupendo albergo con un ambiente molto raffinato e del personale magnifico! Sin da quando si entra ci si sente ben accolti, il personale è attento ad ogni dettaglio ed estremamente gentile. Le stanze sono molto belle e comode. Abbiamo usufruito anche della piscina che è piccola ma stupenda: una vasca completamente in acciaio (non i soliti teli di tutte le piscine comuni!!) estremamente pulita e con un gradevolissimo idromassaggio. La colazione è squisita e il personale di sala estremamente attento ai bisogno dei clienti: mi hanno fatto assaggiare delle ova alla benedict con tartufo stupende!!!

Sono estremamente dubbi su come questo hotel sia classificato come 4 stelle. Ci sono solo due giorni per soggiornare una settimana con lavastoviglie monouso.La salubrità della stanza è anche molto scarsa, tranne che il letto è semplice, la polvere è ovunque, e il lavastoviglie non sono puliti.Non c'è acqua calda nella stanza, né acqua dolce. Il caffè e il bagaglio di tè hanno bisogno di un'ulteriore 25 euro (che non lo sa prima di arrivare alla ricezione dell'hotel).Questo hotel può anche commentare 4 stelle è davvero insegnato.
