Great hotel, located very well!! Daniel at the front desk was so sweet and recommended me some great spots to visit. Highly recommend!

Great, modern contemporary designed hotel with lots of little touches that add to customer delight. Very centrally located and close to both bus and metro options. Front desk staff Marta she's fantastic and sweet have not words and gave tips for internet conexion and pool service,the only thing the heating didn't work so I have to take my wet clothes at home.

Disappointed Stay at here
I recently stayed at your hotel and I wanted to share my experience with you. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the service and facilities during my stay.
[Specific issue 1] the room was not clean, the staff was rude, or the breakfast was subpar.
[Specific Issue 2]: the bed was uncomfortable, the air conditioning was not working, or the pool was closed.
[Specific Issue 3]: the hotel was noisy, the parking was limited, or the Wi-Fi was slow.
I understand that things can go wrong from time to time, but I was really expecting more from a hotel of your reputation. I would appreciate if you could take the time to address these issues and improve the experience for future guests.
