Hanno un sistema molto stomping, sono arrivati alle 00:00 e hanno pagato l'intero importo e hanno cambiato idea sul posto per guardare la carta con cui abbiamo prenotato o non si accontenteranno e non restituiranno i soldi..!!! ! E la mappa non era di per sé e ho cercato di spiegare alla reception ma senza significato, dopo ho chiamato la polizia, poi ci hanno sistemato loro stessi. Questo è quello che è successo per un'ora, siamo rimasti in attesa alla reception Durante il soggiorno non sorridono nemmeno come se vivessimo gratis. Insomma 0 zero

La posizione è ottima. La colazione è molto completa. L'unico aspetto negativo è che puoi sentire quelli che soggiornano nelle stanze accanto a te. Sono stato in tre stanze diverse e in due di esse le finestre non si chiudevano bene e in una delle stanze la porta era danneggiata. Il personale dell'hotel è molto disponibile.

We loved Vincci Soho hotel. We were lucky and our rooms were ready in order to have an early check in. Staff was very helpful. Its rooms and location made our stay fantastic. I will definitely stay again at Vincci Sobo hotel when I am back to Madrid.

床很舒服 房間也挺好的 早餐不錯，火腿和芝士的種類都不少，水果蔬菜都比較新鮮，菠蘿挺甜的， Checkin的小姐姐人也很好，雖然英語口音很重但還是很努力的在説，哈哈哈
