Very good for business stays!

Leuke hotel met redelijk, kost wel wat tijd als je met openbaar vervoer moet

Si tuviera una parada de metro cerca, sería ideal.

Perfecto, un poco alejado del centro pero bien comunicado

Muy bien situado y se aparca en la puerta

酒店位置非常接近機場，駕車二十分鐘內抵達，地點方便，並提供付费地下停車場，出入保安嚴密，房間設施族新，十分舒適，會再次光顧!

開車的話，住着還是方便的，不然就出行比較困難了。蠻乾淨的。

整體都很好，附近少了點商店。

Vicino alla fiera e all’aeroporto è un buon 4* che è molto comodo per soggiorni di lavoro. Il prezzo,quando l’ho prenotato era anche inferiore rispetto alla media. La camera era spaziosa e la colazione offre un po’ di tutti per tutti i palati

The hotel is a shambles , built in a very poor location alongside an 8 lane motorway. The rooms to the back virtually vibrate from the road noise . Aircon either in operative or intentionally turned off . Rooms far too hot to sleep in . Location for a holiday in Madrid is appalling. No public metro near and difficult to attract cabs which if you can cost €30 to city centre . Avoid unless you are visiting relatives nearby

Terrible stay… AC was not working at all. Room was very hot the whole night. A maintenance guy came to our room and said everything is fine. The front desk person was also very rude and said that we need to give it some time. Other wise they. can not do anything.. we were in the room from 6:00 in the evening till 5:00 in the morning but the room was still not cold. No amenities in the room despite being an expensive room.. very disappointed with the stay.. never recommend it to anyone.

I really enjoyed my stay here. My room was clean, very large and clean, and the bathroom was very nicely updated. The staff was also very nice and helpful. I was stupid and didn't remove the drain plug in the sink before using it, so it got stuck with water on top in the sink. I explained to the front desk what was wrong, and a very kind repair man had it sorted within 5-10 mins of my asking. I do speak Spanish so I can't comment on their English proficiency for other tourists though. However, my word of caution: this hotel is about an hour from the city center of Madrid by transport. It's past the end of the line on the Metro, from which you either have to take a bus or walk about twenty minutes (also caution: if you are coming back from the city center after midnight, the buses do not run regularly). That being said, it's a really nice area with a very peaceful walk to the station. Even as a solo 21 year old female walking back past midnight I never felt unsafe at all. Also when I went (mid February) it smelled really nice all around because the flowers were in bloom. Just an FYI because it is a little annoying to meet friends in the city center/do things there and then know you have at least an hour before you get back to your hotel.

They modified our stay without warning or reason, and checked us out 2 days before term. Their only explanation was that the cleaning lady entered the room which was too clean, they just decided based on her opinion that the room was empty and they proceeded with a check out even tho we were just visiting. Apparently they decide who stays and who goes based on the cleaning lady's opinion. AND WE PAID IN FULL BY THE WAY !!!
