全自助，就是房間小了點，雙床，真的小！衞生間也小！去了國外，真的不能將就！乾淨還好的！我們住兩人就是小

Todo muy bien. El baño muy pequeño pero bien equipado. No hay armarios. Solo la barra de pared con algunas perchas para colgar, en ese aspecto algo deficiente. El personal muy amable y atento. Perfecto.

Hotel vicino alla stazione Atocha Si puo raggiungere il centro facilmente con i mezzi.

アトーチャ駅から近く、飲食店も周りにたくさんありました。部屋も広くて綺麗でした。 朝9時にホテルに到着、ちょうど受付の方が出勤され、荷物を預かってくれました。 受付の方が帰るまでに戻れないので、鍵の開け方などメール送信してくれて、荷物は部屋に入れておいてくれました。英語で対応、大変親切でした。 受付の横におやつ、水の自動販売機があり、ホテルに戻ってからも調達できて便利でした。

Muy buen servicio

Accommodation is fairly close to station. Was told by receptionist that can't be classed as hotel because no breakfast or 24 hour reception. However clean ensuite rooms for individuals/couples. Room and bathroom Small but okay with great fan. Not bad for short stay, Madrid expensive for accommodation. Area not the best but safe enough. Location entry is by code and has lift for suitcases. Narrow corridors. Having stayed lots of places recently, not really worth price had to pay

We stayed there twice in the course of one week. Close to museums and Atocha train station. Front desk lady was very friendly, room was tiny but nice and clean. Highly recommend.

Booked 1 room for 2 people and 1 room for 3 people. We only received 1 small 135 double bed in the room for 3 people and the reception told us to all sleep in the same small double bed. Was also only given towels for 2 people. Room was very very small and too hot and impossible to turn heating off. Terrible service and bad attitude of staff.

Everything is good and super clean, but is a little small for mi taste

Friendly staff, baggage drop-off available (particularly nice for red eye flyers from the US), close to the Prado and the train station. Room is not large, but has everything you need, and the price is very reasonable.

I feel very satisfied for the service and cordially I will recommend to my friends

Very helpful staff. Awesome entryway and great location and price.

All in all a very good experience. Close to the train station, and very walkable to center. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. English friendly. Comfortable bed! Small room, bathroom for sure and the shower was a bit finicky but not a deal breaker (super common when traveling) if you have a lot of bags you will be cramped. We didn't so all good.
