Persone fantastiche che lavorano alla reception e al ristorante. Un team molto efficiente sempre presente e ben informato sull'hotel e su Madrid. Soggiorno estremamente positivo per noi. Consiglio vivamente questo posto.

付費的自助餐早餐都有很多食物，多人時要等一會兒才可以補充食物！前台的服務員大部份都好樂意幫我解決問題，非常友善！每間房都有浴室干衣暖管，非常方便！第一日我們住在最後的房間，桌子近牆角的WIFI 訊號比較弱，不能對外通訊！可能因為沒有安裝油路器（router), 第二日調了房間，才可以解決這個問題！第二天住的房間：浴室和睡房中間的間隔板的防水有點問題，洗完澡後看到少許滲漏！

Staff were friendly and helpful. We had an adjoining room, would ensure you specify no adjoining room if travelling as a couple. Person in room very loud, may of well had the door open. Hotel moved us on request to a quieter room as noise was persistent. Overall a comfortable stay, ideal if wanting to be out of the City. Great location for stadium which was the main reason for travel.

Rude, disrespectful, ignorant staff. We were given a room with a shower that was fixed too low, the water was flooding the bathroom and the corridor. We were promised a fix but eventually no care was given and nobody came to see it. Definitelly, not a **** hotel. The decor was quite poor, facilities too; the kettle provided but no tea or coffee, very poor choice of toiletries, only one set given for 2 people. It felt as if the room was not ready for us or under some kind of reconstruction. Not clean to scratch, very basic. The front of the hotel quite industrial but there are nice places at the back in the residential area. Mainly operated via Uber, close to Alcobendas and shoppng centre. Defo not worth the money, won't be going back. Felt ignored and unwelcomed. Avoid if you can.

Generally speaking, the stay at the hotel was good. The room was spacious, the double bed was king size. However, the buffet breakfast was quite dissapointing - there was just two types of processed jam, two types of cheap cheese, scrambled eggs from egg powder, a bit of industrial pastry products, and more or less that is it. Did not worth the "special price" of 11 euros, otherwise 14 euros. Parking outside the hotel is possible for free, but they offer paid parking 18 euros per day.

Friendly and helpful front desk personal, especially Ricardo, who went out his way to receive me at late hours and who also bring me a hot at very early hous of the morning i left while waiting for transportation

Can’t fault the staff as very helpful with ideas of where to go and see plus the metro stations to take and location was great for getting to the livelier parts BUT the beds were hard, pillows incredibly thin, rooms in no way sound proof as stated which was the worse part. Service - can’t fault Hotel- needs some love and also the website info updated.

The staff was friendly and helpful I made a mistake with my booking and they assisted adding another night without issues. The room was comfortable, however the batheoom was leaking water and we were unable to take a shawer or bath as the water was super hot we couldnt find the cold water, the room was cleaned the first night and they took the used towels without replacing them, there is a big convenience store and a supermarket like two minutes walk away, the parking is comfortable and easy to access.

I chose this property for its proximity to the airport, as well as for the cover-image on Expedia's site: a rooftop bar with a beautiful view of Madrid. However, the Rooftop bar appears to be defunct (a couple broken tables and chairs remained). While you can find places to eat and drink around the hotel, it's a bit hard to find from the area where the hotel is (a busy road). And, while the hotel comes up in searches for proximity to the airport, my cab ride on a low-traffic Sunday morning was 10 Euro more than a cab from the airport to Central Madrid. If anything, ******* should remove the cover image for the hotel (the rooftop bar).

Room was okay, but there was a huge rain leakage in the lobey. Friendly staff.
