Super nice for being in madras! Had an event at lake billy so wasn’t there during the day. But it was soooo nice coming back after a long day of riding and getting in the hot tub. Breakfast in the morning wasn’t too bad either. The automatic pancake maker was cool. Would definitely stay here again.

It is always great here! The property is so well maintained inside and out. The cleanliness is A . The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is quiet and tranquil. My wife and I stay here often and love it.

The facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly. Of note, it was icy the two nights we stayed and the sidewalks and parking areas did not have de-icer put down, creating hazardous walking to/from your vehicle.

The property was clean, well taken care of and the front desk staff was pleseant. I would stay there again, if I ever need a hotel in the area, in the future.

I like being accessible between Mt hood and bend. Quiit. Service is always helping, Rooms and pool are clean.

The room was nice.
Except for the heater heater that kept clicking on and off throughout the night keeping me awake. The person that checked us In was not real helpful or friendly at all Which I didn't appreciate much. Luckily I Didn't see him after check And the other staff were fine. They also have a pretty good breakfast bar in the morning Which was nice. Overall I was pretty satisfied

We loved the incredible customer service. All of the staff were friendly and professional. Something that is a rarely seen these days. We recommend this hotel and we will never stay anywhere else when we travel to central oregon. Best experience ever.

The building and surrounding landscaping was very nice. We had to check in late and it was not a problem. Everyone was so nice and very helpful.

nice rooms. did not have enough parking close to building. Huge trucks took all the front parking.
