Rooms are not properly ventilated room no 203
there is no any kind of room service
towels provided are not in good condition
no proper pest control done in the room
there is only two staff they are also in casual wear like three fourth and t-shirt you cannot identify them as they are not wearing any uniforms
they don't have their own restaurant the give coupon for complementary break fast
there is only one lady receptionist in working hour
staff itself don't care about disturbance to the guest
no any phone to connect with reception

The property is good but they need to improve service quality like league help should be there from ground floor to room. Hotel is there on 2nd and 3rd floor so reception and league help is not there on ground floor. They are not providing dental kit which is not costly items. They are not providing hot water jug. It has been provided once we asked for it. Cleanes inside room is less than the passage area. You can see the cleaness in side room these items they kept near door even the bathroom items they don't have proper place to keep items inside bathroom.

Very bad experience there is no staff no room service no bell boy both overall it’s a very poor service with no lan facilities and basic service such as a kettle glass etc

It wasn't a pleasant experience. Every time i visit coorg i would prefer this place but this time they highly disappointed me. Please don't ever book this place if you want a peaceful stay.

* cleanliness and services were excellent
*staff is helpful *food quality and quantity were satisfactory
*room sizes are decent but bed sizes are small if 2 people are staying. For a single person it's fine. *well equipped gym

The stay at the hotel was absolutely horrible. Firstly, they mentioned that there will be hot water available at all times but when we went there the water heater was not working. When we complained about the issue they said they will come back in 10 min to repair it but they never showed up after that. The room was also extremely dirty with poor room service. The room was also not upto international standards as what the name suggests.

The usp of the hotel is that is very near to bus stand and it’s quite near to raja’s seat. Other good thing is that there’s a restaurant just below the hotel and also one is there just in front

1. No proper breakfast arranged
2. Rooms are not good, no ventilation
3. Washroom tap water leak observed worst stay ever, i will never recommend any one to stay at this place
