Prime Impressioni ...non così grande. Ho prenotato 2 camere; una per la mia madre di 88 anni. Ci hanno messo in un'altra parte di 2 piani diversi. Ho chiesto se potessimo avvicinarci le nostre camere, perché sono il curatore di mia madre. La signora del dipartimento frontale ha detto che l'hotel era pieno e non poteva cambiare le nostre assegnazioni. Tuttavia, era 5 pm con solo pochi auto nel parcheggio. Certamente l'hotel non era ancora pieno e si pensava che le camere potessero essere switchate. La donna al di fuori del divano non era né utile né amichevole. In secondo luogo, il parcheggio per disabilità è alla fine dell'edificio sul lato, molto più lontano degli spazi ”Diamond Elite” direttamente davanti all'hotel. Non abbiamo usato lo spazio per disabilità perché ci erano altri vicini. In terzo luogo, le camere sono oscure e disgustose quando entrano con un odore di meraviglia. Sembra pura, però, sinceramente avrei chiesto il mio denaro, ma abbiamo viaggiato per quasi 12 ore e nessuno dei recensioni dell'hotel 475 a Macon era eccezionale. Sembra sicuro qui e mia madre ha un cellulare per contattarmi se ha bisogno di qualcosa, ma non saremo qui di sicuro. Mi aspetto cose più grandi da IHE e sono estremamente deluso.

Very clean and accommodating. The staff was nice and the Continental Breakfast was great. I highly recommend Days Inn chain when traveling. It is pet friendly with an added fee and our cat was very comfortable there after 7 hrs of travel. We will be looking for yet another Days Inn for our stay tonight after a long drive and another the next night

First off customer service was horrible. Employees acted annoyed if you asked for anything. I asked if they had any salt or pepper at breakfast and was rudely told ,”we don't have no salt or pepper here”. I was at the pool with my son and 5 year old grandson and a very loud car pulled in behind the hotel, the guy got out and had a hand gun. There was another family with 2 small children also. We all immediately went to our rooms. My son told the front desk attendant and he said ”I talked to him, he said he wasn't waving it around or anything, just messing with it.” I said that shouldn't happen with young kids around and he said he's gone now. I will definitely not be back!!

Both the ladies checking us in/out were prompt, courteous, professional and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, so I was very satisfied there. The only thing I'd change is breakfast. The young lady in charge there was also friendly and hard-working, but the selections were quite limited. I'd like to see some eggs and perhaps sausage, bacon and more fruit. Also, real juice would be welcome instead of the Kool Aid-style drink that was served. Maybe I just caught it on a bad day? Hotel is convenient to Cracker Barrel and several other restaurants and stores. Kroger is just down the street if you feel like ”dining” from the in-room microwave. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, the facilities were great, and I would certainly stay again.

Registration staff was very pleasant, room was extremely clean, and we were very happy with our stay overall! Light that the floors were not carpet, and other reviews had mentioned bugs, but there was not one single bug in sight. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
