Alara motor inn was such a lovely place to stop. My two dogs loved their time there. The reception staff and owners were absolutely amazing and accommodating- I’ve never seen an owner step up and help the customers quite like this! The pet friendly room was comfortable and roomy and my dogs were welcomed like paying guests. Don’t forget to stop in to Jimmy D’s for a delicious meal- my steak was cooked to perfection and the veggies were nice and fresh- just perfect! And the service was impeccable! Extremely affordable and welcoming. I can’t rate Alara enough!! The whole team made a long journey feel like a holiday!

Camera bella e pulita. Letto comodo per dormire. Tuttavia, era vicino all'aeroporto, quindi puoi sentire il rumore quando i voli sono in giro ma non sarà notte, quindi non preoccuparti quando dormi. Bel posto dove stare se ne avessi la possibilità sarebbe visitare di nuovo. A proposito, quando ho prenotato da trip.com il personale ha detto di non aver ricevuto le mie informazioni dal sito web, ma alla fine hanno risolto, quindi nessun dramma. Il centro è stato molto grande, il personale era buono, il ristorante era buono e le camere erano ben dimensioni e configurazioni con TV per la zona di dormire e TV nella sala salone. La tariffa era giusta per l'anno e mezza settimana.Nessuna denuncia e il mio numero uno è il soggiorno in posizione a Mackay

Hoteliery ought to be a simple business: provide a clean, quiet, and comfortable room. These are the metrics on which I judge my stay. Sadly, White Lace failed on all counts. The family room initially seemed an attractive proposition, as few other motels offer a separate room for the children, but upon entering it was clear I had made a mistake. Family rooms front the highway, and the roar of traffic was immediately evident and present all night long. This is in fact a missed opportunity, as the french doors to the balcony are an attractive feature, and all that would be required is some double glazing to reduce the noise to an acceptable level. The room itself was terribly tired and run down, with scratch and scuff marks on most surface. The impression was one of shabbiness, of corners cut, and maintenance forgone. The bedhead and side table, built affixed to the wall, appeared to have originally been constructed to fit a king mattress, but was now furnished with a queen, leaving gaps either side. In any case, the mattress was well past its use by date, offering little in padding but plenty in trampoline bounce. Beds in the second room of similar age and comfort. As a minor note, bedside lamps were supplied with incredibly bright cool-white LED bulbs, an unfortunate scourge afflicting many hotel rooms. Given that they are all about the same price, is it really that difficult to take a moment to consider the intended application and purchase a bulb of appropriate wattage and colour temperature? Overall, we did not come away feeling at all rested, which makes White Lace a poor value proposition. Active intervention from management is missing but clearly needed.

Overall the experience was good but the service in the Restaurant was pretty poor with one night having to wait a hour for my meal as they had missed my order...the 2nd night was half an hour which was a bit better but still too long for a restaurant

Ho soggiornato qui 4 notti e a mio parere era un hotel semplice e carino. Ho scelto una camera da letto con 5 letti ma sono stato da solo. La reception è vicino al bar e il personale era davvero bello. Il venerdì e sabato era alto fino alle 2:00, ma sono andato a godere di qualche birra e della musica della vita. Anche il mio ultimo giorno dopo il check-out, il personale ha accettato di tenere le mie cose all'hotel fino a che non potessi prenderle.

Questo posto ha un mix di recensioni, ma siamo felici di rimanere qui. Era pulito, spazioso e aveva tutto quello che ci serviva. Il personale era amichevole. Il cone d'aria funzionava. La cucina era ben attrezzata. I letti erano comodi. Gli unici negativi sono stati i legami lasciati in molta luce, rendendo le camere non così buie come mi piace. I parcheggi sono stretti. La piscina è stata chiusa per le riparazioni, ma questo non può essere aiutato. Andammo in prossimità della laguna, ma era anche chiusa a causa di un codice marrone, quindi ci siamo chiusi a nuotare nella piscina memoriale, che era vicino.
