Hotel a 3 stelle a Maceio

Il problema era che ho comprato 02 camere con vista sul mare, e sulla foto c'era una finestra di vetro davanti al mare e arrivando là mi hanno dato un lato dicendo che era la prenotazione. Pensavo che saresti svegliato guardando il mare, anche pagando più caro per questo, ma no, per vedere dovevo uscire dalla stanza, andare in un tiro, pendere sul lato per farsi un po' di merda. E l'altra stanza peggiore, aveva un edificio davanti alla vista del mare.

The good: breakfast is really good with a big variety of juices (natural). I like the fact that they ask during check in what time would we prefer to have breakfast, that way we could avoid the big crowds. Location, even though we are about a mile or so from the beaches of Pajuçara and Ponta Verde, I really liked our location, not a lot people on the beach and if we wanted more “action” we would walk 10 min. People and services are really good, frequently asking if everything is up to our expectations. The bad: if you like to watch television after a long day at the beach, not so good. TVs are old and remote controls barely work, also the connection with the cable isn’t that stable. Drinks by the pool are a bit pricey for what the deliver in return. Lots of people (not workers) roaming around without a face mask, that caused a bit of anxiety, many times we would come up to the elevator and people would walk in without a mask, even though there are plenty of signs informing that is mandatory to wear one. I feel this is a good place to stay if are coming here, but try to stay away from major holidays as crowds get really large. Marcelo

L'ambiente è molto pulito, camera con buon spazio, i dipendenti sono molto gentile e educato, il letto confortevole, doccia elettrica funziona molto bene, colazione ben servita, ma senza opzioni di ordinazione.

Ótima localização, de frente pra praia e perto da Feirinha de Artesanato da Pajuçara. Quarto amplo e confiável, toalhas felpudas e macias, mesmo os quartos laterais têm vista pro mar. Café da manhã excelente.

Pontos negativos: - o atendimento dos funcionários não é tão solícito, principalmente durante o check-in, que foi muito demorado; - O estacionamento do hotel é pequeno e quem deseja colocar no rotativo ainda tem que pagar por fora! Porém, nem isso conseguimos porque aparentemente o estacionamento estava lotado; - Os travesseiros não são confortáveis e só tem um lençol fino na cama. Precisamos solicitar edredom na recepção; - Como era meu aniversário, meu marido havia solicitado um bolo e rosas para nossa chegada, mas o hotel não providenciou. Pontos positivos - o quarto e o banheiro são amplos, o que permite uma estadia confortável; o quarto estava limpo, apenas com um pequeno defeito na janela, que não fechava completamente; - A localização é ótima, perto da praia e de vários pontos turísticos, oferecendo uma gama de possibilidades para conhecer a pé mesmo; - O café da manhã começa bem cedo e é muito bem servido, apesar do local se um pouco pequeno e lotar rápido; - O hotel fornece toalhas para praia e passeio.
