Excellent service. Fantastic room with great amenities. The garden room view was breathtaking. Kudos to the turn down service. Prepared water on the bedside table, bedroom slippers on the side of the bed, and pillow midst. The indoor pool is amazing. First time staying at this hotel and will definitely come back to pampered. Thank you for the great service!

Interior design is so classy and elegant. Service personnel, from front desk to housekeeping staff are very helpful and polite. Restaurants gorgeous and delicious.

Close to airport and a bit far from downtown. The biggest bug is one side of the hotel facing a huge garbage dump while the other side having a million dollar garden view. Definitely need to keep hotel guests well informed before checking into the room instead of finding it by surprise!! Nevertheless, nice room service and good luggage boy Kai.

Beautifully decorated hotel, and very clean. It’s a pity the hotel is a bit out of the way, hence transport is not as convenient

All the facilities and amenities are gorgeous and grand, which are of The Highest Level in Macau. The garden and the room is nice and beautiful. We enjoyed the stay of one night there, particularly relaxation at the swimming pool. Morning breakfast is a bit crowded after 9 am, but the hotel tries their best to accommodate the peak session.

I go with my wife to celebrate her birthday and i book already for birthday cake and they No send anything for us

Huge room with excellent service. Make sure you line up for check in at the correct hotel because there are four or five hotels within the same complex. No bed rails for kids.

The Hotel Karl Lagerfeld Macau is a real feast for the senses - and by "feast" I mean an overwhelming sensory assault that leaves you feeling a bit queasy. The Bad: The decor can only be described as "1950s Shanghai ******* chic", with bold red and gold accents that assault your eyeballs from every direction. It's like someone bedazzled a Chinese opium den. The room I stayed in advertised a "city view", which turned out to be a view of the local landfill. The second I opened the door of my hotel room, I was hit with a wall of odor that can only be described as a cross between a forgotten gym locker and a roadkill stew. It was like walking into the den of a herd of sweaty, chain-smoking grizzly bears. The Good: The saving grace of this hotel is the Mesa bar a true gem. From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. The bartender (Rock) is a mixology master, crafting expertly balanced cocktails with care and precision. But what really sets this place apart is the staff's commitment to providing an exceptional experience for every patron. They're incredibly attentive, striking up engaging conversations and making sure you're comfortable. With a wide selection of both classic and creative libations, Mesa is the perfect spot for an evening of delicious drinks and wonderful company. I can't recommend it highly enough. Try the BOA Viagem, the perfect summer drink. Overall, the Karl Lagerfeld hotel in Macau is an experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Unless, of course, that enemy is someone I *really* dislike, in which case I'd gleefully book them a stay and sit back to enjoy the show. Talk about a unique "hotel from hell" experience! But do visit bar Mesa (3F).
