The interior design and decoration of Londoner hotel are very luxurious and comfortable, all staffs are very professional and made me fell extremely satisfied and cozy, doubtlessly I will choose the Londoner next time and come back soon.

第3次澳門行，選了倫敦人作最後一站，提前幾天酒店就來電聯繫入住事宜，並派車來永利皇宮接迎，退房後又派專車送至拱北。從在房間林小姐直接辦理入住、華庭的早餐、下午茶及雞尾酒會，能真切感受到酒店工作人員對客人的關愛，不時推薦華庭的各式招牌菜餚，水蟹粥、班尼迪克蛋、維多利亞蛋糕、斑魚帶子粥等等，出品精緻、新鮮味美。房間裝飾低調奢華，黑白基調不似永利光耀奪目，正合我意，哈哈！雖然隔音欠佳且沐浴用品與酒店整體風格不匹配，但瑕不掩玉，5分好評。

這次很高興入住這個酒店，整體感覺特棒，這是一個非常注細節和禮貌的的酒店，管理一流，特別贊一下ERlc.LUA前台小帥哥先生和葉小姐姐。工作相當專業和負責。可圈可點，使我們有一種在家的感覺。下次一定會首選這個酒店。

入住前幾天就接到酒店J先生熱情打來的確認電話，確認入住時間及生日蛋糕的選擇和三餐時間，入住當天跑到了一樓前台諮詢遇到了丁先生，他細心安排了入住陪同到了房間，此時房間已經佈置好了生日儀式，房間一室一廳還有按摩沖淋及浴缸。酒店兩位管家安排好了貼心送上了蛋糕和香檳，還有三餐也非常驚艷，除了美味以外，服務真的沒話説，賓至如歸。
酒店唯一遺憾，如此高檔的酒店怎麼泳池和其他酒店共享，而且泳池很小水很臟人很多，五分鐘走人。
離開的時候酒店管家安排了專車免費送機，禮賓部先説要收費470後又説幫我爭取到了免費，好吧，總之還都是滿意的，期待再次體驗，希望有不一樣的感受。

酒店可以玩一天，3k+的酒店了 想吐槽一下就是，常年康萊德老客户，然後這個和康萊德共用設施的，就沒什麼意思了。吃的也算可以，選擇很少但是能飽的。（雞尾酒記錯時間了沒吃上哈哈）早餐挺好的。
我們的浴缸是壞的….那個排水根本排不出去。
然後洗浴用品那個味道不能恭維！比較劣質～那個沐浴露的味道我現在想起還是瑟瑟發抖
下次還會再去～

We are a big family of 9 and all are amazed by the hospitality of Londoner, it is literally the best we have experienced. Special thanks to the hotel staffs: Mr Wiyi and Ms Sherry. Thank you for the warmest welcome services and help. It does make us feel like home. The food is also nice, esp for the cocktail session. It is a must try. And the breakfast at Wah Ting also cannot be missed. Will def come back again with all our families.
