Dal momento in cui entri nella hall principale, puoi sentire l'eleganza del The Conrad. Il personale è gentile, estremamente disponibile e pronto ad assistervi. Sono stato contattato per primo, rendendo il processo di check-in molto fluido. Sono stato in grado di fare il check-in in anticipo, il che è stato fantastico e molto utile. L'hotel è situato all'interno della zona commerciale di The Londoner, che penso sia la zona migliore in cui soggiornare. Ho soggiornato in altri hotel annessi a Macao che erano belli ma potrebbero essere difficili da navigare. Il Londoner è facile da girare a piedi e ha molti dei ristoranti principali (rispetto ai punti ristoro in altre aree commerciali annesse). Le camere stesse sono spaziose, pulite e confortevoli. L'arredamento è classico e un po' datato ma non logoro. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

This hotel is definitely not five-star quality. From the moment you enter, there's no sense of order — there's no proper lobby, and the staff are rude and unprofessional. It's extremely crowded, and there's no clear boundary between the hotel and the shopping center. Breakfast was chaotic and poorly managed. Overall, the management is incompetent. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The carpets were dirty and poorly maintained. The management’s behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Breakfast was repetitive with very limited variety — they didn’t even have basic items like bread, which is unacceptable for a so-called five-star hotel under the Conrad brand. There wasn’t even a proper lobby where guests could relax — something you’d expect as a minimum standard. The hotel might look appealing from the outside, but don’t be fooled — the inside tells a completely different story The hotel was so disorganized and confusing that every single time I had to spend at least 30 minutes just trying to find the elevators. There was no one around to guide or help — it felt like they just wanted to trap you and empty your pockets. The sauna was dirty, the shower area by the pool was filthy, and the jacuzzi water had turned yellow — absolutely disgusting. Honestly, this place doesn’t even deserve two stars, let alone being marketed as a five-star Conrad hotel..

Location is superb. Can walk to many ****** hotels such as MGM, COD, Venetian. There's a Chinese dim sum restaurant Jin Yue Xuan, highly recommended. Service from the front desk is bad. Bed is a little to the soft side. Housekeeping service is good.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Macau—whether for business or leisure—if you are looking for a luxurious stay with impeccable service and a truly memorable experience. I eagerly anticipate my next visit, completely certain that my exceptional experience will make me return soon.

The hotel could have done alittle more upgrade on the interior as my door hinge is alittle damage and service time took awhile to get things resolve.

Thank you for amazing hospitality! Catherine(Concierge) & Vincent(Front Desk) provided amazing service. Catherine helped us to book restaurants & provided local sightseeing and transportation info. Vincent helped me to extend my stay. Housekeeping team also provided professional service. They seemed to understand Chinese more easily. Sleep eye mask & teddy bear amenity was good souvenir of Conrad Macao (I checked other customers also took them.) Thank you for the great service.

I stay here every 3 months or so on business and I won’t stay anywhere else. The staff, THE BREAKFAST AT CHURCHILLS TABLE! The room and the service, the price and location AND free shuttle bus from the port in Zhu Hai to free wifi in the whole massive mall the hotel is located in.

Very comfortable stay. Audrey from front desk and Anna from Concierge are super nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend for family stay!
