Mandarin Oriental Macau

Many many thanks to all the staff who did their utmost to make us feel good during our stay. Everything was really perfect, from check-in to checkout. The room was spacious and well decorated for our anniversary. We particularly liked their bar and the concept they developed for cocktails. The heated pool is beautiful, but the view is a bit obscured by the hotel building on the side.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Macau, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the staff truly made our stay memorable. Michelle, in particular, was outstanding. Her attentiveness and genuine care for our needs enhanced our experience significantly. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. One of the lovely surprises during our stay was the thoughtful thank-you card and a little gift for my bambino. It was such a heartwarming gesture that made us feel special and appreciated, adding a personal touch that we will always remember. We also indulged in the afternoon tea service in our room, which was set up beautifully. The atmosphere was both nice and romantic, creating the perfect backdrop for our tea time. The staff who organized this were incredibly thoughtful, ensuring that every detail was just right. The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was not only beautifully appointed, but the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such stunning scenery in the morning was a highlight of our stay. Lastly, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It is within walking distance of local restaurants and parks, making it easy for us to explore the area and find fun activities for our child to enjoy. However, the only downside I noticed was that some of the cutlery, specifically the knives and forks, seemed a bit old and worn out. While the overall dining experience was delightful, a refresh of these items could elevate the dining experience even further. Overall, my stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Macau was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. We are pleasantly surprised by this stay at MO Macau. Prior to this visit we have been to MO in Bangkok and HK and thought these 2 are already the best MO therefore we didn't have too high expectation. However upon arrival, we were greeted with warm welcome and thoughtful services, like a welcoming tea at checkin, and friendly staff etc. The turndown services was marvelous that provided us with a relaxing roller and proprietary tea bag that helps with sleep. The swimming pool area was ok, not the biggest and most luxurious one, but once again the staff here are wonderful; breakfast quite good. Location-wise it's attached to MGM's shopping mall so going to their ****** is like 5min walk. overall, it's not like they have the newest and most luxurious facility in the world, but the attention to details and thoughtful services make it a quite quality choice for hotel in Macau. The service quality here in MO Macau is something that the MO in HK should learn from.

Hotel staffs are all very alert to the needs of their customers 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Very clean and great location which is just beside MGM ! Upgraded our room to a suite 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
