選擇這家酒店主要衝著他的無敵景觀，可以看到整個澳門島的夜景很漂亮，酒店環境很棒，大堂在38樓，辦理入住的前台服務人員非常禮貌耐心辦完手續還親自送到房間介紹設施，房間浴缸超級大，美中不足這次去正好碰上他們的招牌無邊泳池在維修沒能體驗到。酒店的交通蠻方便的，走到官也街十五到二十分鐘，附近很多茶餐廳包括華星冰室，也有公車很方便跨海去澳門島的老街道逛逛。

🧹衞生：浴室的門逢太大，水都全流了出來。 🔔服務：第一天晚上入住，想洗澡時水開了最小十分鐘都發現沒有熱水。聯絡服務枱後派人過來房間看，奇怪的有有熱水了。明顯是沒有開熱水的總開關吧！

十分完美 人少 全澳最美泳池 全球十佳 廁所超大 浴缸夠大夠舒服 更有電視弓面浸一面睇 大床房格局很好 有個大電視大梳化 電視可看電影 梳化十分舒服 景觀更是全澳僅此一間 望正澳門海岸線 三座大橋盡收眼底 大堂也十分驚艷 此性格比 只能用完美形容 關鍵係 很少人住 很少評價酒店 但altira確實難忘 前巖服務也很好 所有要求都能滿足 唯一缺點太早check out無得嘆耐少少

五星配套設施非常好，房間夠大還有泡池，游泳池配套有桑拿超級好，前台服務生很有禮貌！

check in的當天就對新濠鋒有很好的印象了 雖然沒有升級房型 但是前台小哥哥很貼心的介紹酒店的設施 本來當晚還想嘗試一下他們的酒吧 得知星期一不營業 但是小哥哥還是帶我去參觀了酒吧的環境歡迎我下次入住再體驗酒吧 回到房間之後就有服務員送來水果 後面前台打來電話説我的按金單漏在前台忘記拿走了還特地把按金單送到房間 晚飯也讓我很驚艷耶 我選擇的是帝影樓 米其林一星 服務態度也超級好 經理主動介紹招牌菜單 看我一個人想嘗試不同的菜又擔心吃不完 還可以半份半份的點菜 推薦他家的黑毛豬叉燒 棒棒棒！晚飯後回到房間已經開夜床了 還播放了舒緩音樂 床的兩側鋪了腳墊放了拖鞋 床頭櫃上還擺放了腳部啫喱 太貼心了 而且不得不讚一下酒店的拖鞋 質量超級好 壓根看不出是一次性的酒店拖鞋 顏值也高 仙女的家居鞋 睡前泡個澡 圓形大浴缸不得不讚 泡澡的時候還能看電視 早上叫了酒店的早餐送餐 整個餐車推進房間 味道也很不錯 而且晚餐和早餐都不需要提前付款 可以等到check out一起結算 吃完早餐當然少不了去游泳了！室內泳池女生不怕曬也不用擔心下雨天泳池關閉 景觀超好 能看到澳門旅遊塔 而且酒店遊客相比金沙旗下的酒店少很多 泳池體驗感極佳 不會人擠人 我覺得新濠鋒讓我驚喜的是它整體服務態度都很好 不僅前台就連酒店的飯店工作人員還有客房服務都很棒 非得挑一些毛病的話也是有的 哈哈哈 新濠鋒沒有關閘直接接駁車 得先從新濠天地或新濠影滙轉車 另外這兩家酒店都有專門的工作人員指引去什麼地方在哪裡等車並主動幫你放行李 新濠鋒下車點沒人 而且是在娛樂場下車 退房等車的時候由於等車點沒人 工作人員也衹在娛樂場內登記時間 不會和司機交流 所以司機也不會注意有沒有客人在娛樂場裏等車直接就走了 所以我拖着笨重的行李剛走出大門司機就開着車走了 錯過了又要等幾十分鐘 其他的基本沒有什麼可以挑剔的了 下次還會選擇這裏

It was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment we stepped into the lobby on 38th floor, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist from the staff. Their professionalism and attentiveness truly stood out throughout our entire stay. Every member of the staff, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were always ready to assist with any request, and their knowledge of the local area helped us make the most of our anniversary getaway. Speaking of comfort, the cleanliness and hygiene standards at Altria hotel were exemplary. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect. It was evident that the hotel took the health and safety of their guests seriously, which provided us with peace of mind during these uncertain times. One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful anniversary decoration arranged by the hotel. As soon as we entered our room, we were greeted with a lovely surprise. (You may see one of those from the attached picture) Beyond the exceptional staff and immaculate cleanliness, the hotel itself was a haven of comfort and tranquility. The facilities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the well-maintained spa and swimming pool. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area and convenient access to nearby dining options. The combination of a pleasant stay, excellent hygiene standards, a beautiful anniversary decoration, and the outstanding service provided by the staff made our anniversary truly memorable.

Away from the big hotels and ******s. So it’s pretty quiet and kind of in the middle of nowhere. There is a small ****** in the hotel, but it’s all Baccarat game and one table for black jack and one for big/small. ************* are available. There’s free food, which is pretty good and I enjoyed them. Especially the Mautai milk pudding! Room was big and clean, with a nice view as well. Will come back~

Reception at 38/F, nice view. It would be nice if informed about the lift access to room and ground floor upon check in. We were silly to leave our room on 33/F wanted to go to ground floor but can reach to 5/F only. Has to go back to 38/F if you wanna go to ground floor 😆 Friendly staff and efficient service. Spa and pool on 15&16/F, enjoyed much time there Will go back
