La dimensione della camera è un po' piccola ma è pulita perché è un hotel nuovo

Place was clean and service was great as well. I love to stay next time. Location seemed to be great to me.

The hotel is strategically located. Very close to Scenic areas and shops for those who appreciate a little retail therapy while touring. A lot of restaurant options in the area, including some street food. The rooms are clean but the windows don’t open. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room, a more comfortable chair and some sound proofing. Linen and towels are those disposable ones. I didn’t mind the linen, but the towels bothered me. They leave pilling fuzz on the skin. Also, having an iron or clothing steamer at the hotel for guests to borrow when needed would be nice. All in all, my stay was quite good.

Near to traditional tea house. Walking distance to St Paul and Lisboa ******. Clean and functional hotel.

It was a nice place. Very clean and well kept, and friendly staff. Great location in the old back streets, easy walking distance from all the major landmarks. Good value for the price. Its only weakness was the patchy wifi, at least in my room, it may be better in other rooms.

Very convenient location of the hotel, courteous hotel staff. A clean room, all things look new, but unfortunately very poor sound insulation, you can hear everything that happens on the street, in the hallway and in other rooms. Sometimes the neighboring rooms were noisy very late at night and because of this it was uncomfortable. I stayed at this hotel for a week, and for this price and these conditions, I was satisfied with everything.

It's convenient to transport and to tour around macau, the place are also clean and nice. I would definitely come again.✈️❤️

Location is nice. You can catch free shuttle to sofitel from airport. The room is a bit smaller, but have cool design. It's newly renovated and clean. Staffs are very accommodating.

Very nice hotel, rooms very nice and clean, portuguese style. The service is very nice, they even left me a little present in the room. However, I recommend you to take ear plugs since you can hear other rooms, especially if you have disrespectful neighbors being loud until 3am like I did. Maybe I suggest the hotel to leave some ear plugs in the rooms for guests. I must say the service is very nice, I called reception and they came immediately to help me and ask the other room to be quiet.. twice. Thank you! So bad the disrespectful guests didn't listen! But the rest is great, very well located too. I would repeat!

Surprisingly spotlessly clean rooms, location is slightly in the dim alley, staff assistive with check in and amenities could be better. Its cute with Portuguese design influence

Nice, friendly staff

Hotels in Macau are very expensive. If you are looking for a clean and quiet place to sleep for an affordable price, Pensão da Família will meet your needs. The location was great and we could walk to all the sightseeing places easily, or take the bus which was only a 2 min walk away from the hotel. It was also only a 16minutes bus ride to the Zhuhai train station. The person who was at the front desk was super kind and helpful and gave us many advice about Macau. Great experience for a simple, clean and well located accommodation.
