Ciò che ha distinto l'hotel è stato il suo servizio eccezionale. Ogni membro dello staff che ho incontrato è stato cordiale, disponibile e ha fatto di tutto per rendere il mio soggiorno piacevole. I loro consigli su ristoranti e attrazioni locali sono stati azzeccati, aggiungendo un ulteriore livello di piacere alla mia visita. In conclusione, il mio soggiorno presso l' è stato meraviglioso. Si distingue non solo per le sue splendide strutture e la posizione privilegiata, ma anche per il calore e l'ospitalità del suo staff. Sono andato via sentendomi riposato e con bei ricordi che mi inviteranno a tornare.

Ho apprezzato il mio soggiorno al Maria Phantom Apartment Hotel. Si trova nelle immediate vicinanze della metropolitana e relativamente vicino alle attrazioni più popolari. Le condizioni dell'appartamento erano superbe. La stanza è dotata di TV, divano e una piccola cucina per cucinare. Era molto spaziosa, ordinata e ben tenuta. Avevamo una vista incredibile sulla città dalla nostra stanza. La mia esperienza complessiva è stata buona e consiglierei vivamente di soggiornare qui se cercate una sistemazione pulita e conveniente.

The hotel was clean, nicely designed and had everything you need for a brief stay, including a small living room and kitchen. We could see the river view from the room, which was really nice. The hotel is located just right opposite to the Diamond Lobby entrance of the Galaxy. However, since the footbridge linking between the Galaxy complex to the hotel is under construction, we need to take a 5 mins walk to the footbridge of Broadway Hotel to reach the Galaxy area. Not too convenient but acceptable. The Broadway food street is also 5 mins walk away with many choices of restaurants. Breakfast provided in the hotel was basic. Goid value for the price.

I recently stayed at Marina Phantom Apartment Hotel in Macau and had an exceptional experience. The hotel is located in a vibrant area, offering stunning views of the marina. The apartment-style rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, providing a home-like comfort with all the necessary amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to provide excellent service. The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and pool, were top-notch and well-maintained. The convenience of having a fully-equipped kitchenette in the room was a great bonus. I highly recommend Marina Phantom Apartment Hotel for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Macau.

Room was nice. Liked the layout of the room. However, several unpleasant experiences due to other guests or resident staying in the hotel. On our same floor, there were guests who did not close the door while sleeping, there were people who opened doors who speak and laugh loudly, guests cooking with doors opened thus triggering fire alarms etc. It may be something coincidental, however it affected my stay. In summary, the rooms are just not well ventilated enough to cause issues like this. It gave me the impression that I am staying in a backpacker hostel. As I did not like the environment, I requested for a refund for my unused night with the hotel, requested via trip.com, unfortunately the hotel did not agree to my request. Location wise, as I was going to Venetian for an event, it was well located for the budget. 19 min walk. Front desk service was helpful in helping me get a cab, and providing directions to move around. In summary, it is not a hotel I would recommend to my own friends.
