The hotel is very nice, very stylish and modern with beautiful decoration. It is interesting to see how the architects created a hotel in the beautiful building. The stay however was not nice. Booked a (very pricey) junior suite, especially for the second night the sleep quality was very poor. First, the room was street side, and did not have real curtains but only roller blinds that let light through on both sides. There was a street light just in front of our window so it was not dark at all. Second, there was a lot of noice both from traffic in the street as well as in the corridor, all night long. The rooms are not well insulated. Third, it was very hot in the room (contrary to the corridor) and the old airco system made a horrible lot of noise. The only answer of the reception staff was that they would write a note in the system so that I would get a more quiet room next time. As if there would be a next time after spending 1.000 EUR on such an experience! The room was nicely designed though, but was not worth the money. Breakfast was nice, served in the restaurant in the church. The choice at the buffet was okay, you can order freshly made eggs as well as some extras such as pancakes that are charged extra. However, also here not a very pleasant experience with staff being busy without doing anything and continuously moving around tables and chairs during the whole breakfast. All in all, a bad experience, not to be repeated. I can not recommend this hotel as price/quality ratio is just not right.

As in many European cities this hotel is the result of a conversion of old buildings with some additions. This makes the whole atmosphere very cozy and charming and in touch with what you would expect when visiting Maastricht. The location is perfect facing de Virjthof square, with a municipal parking garage just crossing the street and in the middle of everything worth visiting in the city. Lot of restaurants just around the corners. We had a superior suite, generous in size, with a bathroom with an unusual layout due to the bedroom being in what I guess was a former dining room. The shower cabin was very nice and everything worked well. AC with 2 equipments in bedroom and living room worked well as did internet. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Served not in a buffet style because the hotel is very small, but with high quality ingredientes and everything you might desire. The guy running the breakfast was very kind and efficient. Check out was done quickly and with no problems. Check in could have been more explicit regarding information about certain limitations of the hotel having nobody in reception after 18:00. Concierge service is non existent. The Spa is in the modern add on building. Tasteful, modern, with a plunge pool and saunas, it makes a good impression. At night the breakfast room is used as a restaurant with a charming patio. Conclusion : a charming European boutique hotel with modern amenities, modern decor, housed in old preserved buildings, with a nice spa, limited reception service and very good breakfast.

Questo piccolo hotel ha una posizione perfetta, in una vecchia casa di fronte al fiume Maas, nella parte più pittoresca del centro storico, vicino a affascinanti negozi e ristoranti. E 'pulito. Le camere sono moderne, minimalistiche ma ben pensate. Nessun colazione, nessun caffè nella stanza, nessun catrame o tavole, certamente nessuna sicurezza, asciugacapelli solo su richiesta del desk front- it’s not luxury, and a bit of a challenge for older travellers. Non ho trovato il personale rude- egualitaria, forse- brusca quando trattava le denunce, i suoi ospiti, ma altrimenti amici e molto utile. Erano giovani e abbastanza freddi da aver preso le loro proposte di ristorante.

Stavo qui mentre visitavo Maastricht con mia moglie. È una grande posizione a soli 3 minuti a piedi dal centro e a 10 minuti a piedi dal Vrijthof. Servizio eccellente, camera pulita e confortevole con aria condizionata. Ci saremo di nuovo!

Ho prenotato una camera deluxe con una camera da letto. La stanza è grande e toccante Le scarse dimensioni degli hotel europei lo sanno tutti In effetti, il concetto dell'hotel è simile a quello di un appartamento condiviso. Il design è popolare nell'industria del Nord Europa + negli ultimi anni, adatto alle celebrità online per scattare foto. La posizione è ottima. Ci vogliono solo 10 minuti per andare in centro città per mangiare, bere e comprare. Il caffè al piano di sotto, il supermercato biologico e i ristoranti e caffè circostanti L'hotel è stato ricostruito sulla base di una fabbrica di ceramiche, quindi è molto di moda con il nuovo e il vecchio~ Il concetto si concentra sulla condivisione di ”studenti”, quindi il personale di servizio dell'hotel è più amichevole e informale? Ho dato un gelato quando ho fatto il check-in. I dettagli sono piuttosto carini. Ancora attenzione: lavanderia e stireria possono andare solo nella lavanderia unificata al primo piano dell'hotel Lavanderia, tipo self-service a gettoni, stireria panni, ci sono attrezzature a volontà

We just spent a 2-day stay at Mabi City Centre Hotel/Maastricht. Lovely hotel, very clean, very well located nevertheless we experienced a big disappointment. As we left the hotel on Friday evening to head towards the restaurant, we left our key at the reception desk and gave it to the lady at the desk. When we came back, her (male) colleague, told us they didn't have our key, so basically either way they lost it or worse, it had been stolen or given to s.o. else. Fortunately, the man had a spare key and kindly accepted to open our room, but it left a very unpleasant and insecure feeling. We even slept with a pile of luggage to block the door inside. The next morning, we explained our situation to the reception desk and requested a solution ASAP. We left all day (not very at ease as we had valuable belongings in our room, meaning that anyone could enter it and potentially steal our stuff. Of course, nobody called us back during the day, and when coming back, the only thing they could propose was to provide us another key. No compensation for the (moral) harm suffered in any way but they would enquire what could be done and come back to us on Monday. Having received no news on Wednesday, we've sent an e-mail to which we haven't received ANY reaction so far. Very disappointing behaviour. So our stay left us with a very negative feeling. We had the unpleasant feeling the ladies we're not taking us seriously and even had doubts on the fact we gave that key back. The fact they didn't even come back to us confirms it all!

Best prijzig voor zo'n hotelkamer. Het was een kleine kamer met een badkamer en toilet. Badkamer hangt alles scheef. Handoekenrekje hing uit de schroeven. Douche was vies van de kalk muren kon wel een verfje gebruiken. Hoofdsteun van het bed is kapot het leder was gebladderd. Het sprei op het bed was smoezelig. Bij de voordeur de deurklink was kapot als je er langs loopt moet je uitkijken dat je kleding niet kapot gaat. Erg duur voor zo'n kamer. Ontbijt was prijzig pp was wel lekker. Personeel is aardig. Voordeel je zit vlakbij het centrum van Maastricht
