Great family stop over. 1200klms hear on our first day and we are ready for a treat when we arrive. Never disappointed. Rooms are a good size. The restaurant has change little over the years but the food and service are first class. Nothing is too much trouble, its actually nice to see people enjoying there job, and being good at it.

La stazione di metro è stata molto conveniente. Una cosa cattiva sull'hotel è che non c'è nessuna custodia per fare la stanza e non ne abbiamo reso conto dal personale, ma ci siamo fermati solo per 2 notti forse per questo. Un'altra cosa è che la prova del suono non era la migliore (ho sentito le persone aprire e chiudere le porte e le auto che guidavano), ma questo non ha avuto alcun effetto sul mio soggiorno.

This hotel was one of the worst I have ever stayed in. Before I get into specifics, the staff was great, very friendly and nice. I don't blame them for the state of the rooms. The first room we had was right on the street, first floor. It seemed ok at first, but it was so noisy and we were staying for 6 nights, I asked to change and they ended up finding a room later that day we could move to. The first room was ok, it seemed run down. The bedding and bed seemed new and the a/c worked, so I thought is was workable. After the noise and I moved to the next room, I had another awful room. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling where there was a water leak. The full length mirror was cracked and I was worried I would hit it by accident and cause it to fall. There were just minor issues like wallpaper peeling and paint touch ups needed. I know this company recently bought this hotel, but they should not be open until the rooms were renovated. The rooms needed a total gutting and redoing. This is not at all the quality I was expecting when I booked. Also, we were told we needed the key to swipe to access the building, but that wasn't true. Anyone could enter at any time. I never felt safe there. The second room we had was way in the back, so I felt safer there, but I was very happy to leave when it was time to check out. So if you are staying here soon, I would advise to check and see if the rooms have been renovated before you book.

Hotel che si trova 15 minuti a piedi dal Ninkasi Gerland, ove dovevamo vedere un concerto. Pulito, letto comodo, moderno. Stanza sufficientemente ampia e buona doccia. Costo corretto e servizio cortese alla reception. Facile anche il check out. Otima la posizione, in dieci minuti a piedi si arriva sul Rodano.

Stiamo soggiornando in questo hotel per la festa delle luci (fete des lumieres). Considerando che in questo periodo gli Hotel sono tutti carissimi, ritengo questo un’ottima alternativa. Pulitissimo, abbastanza comodo come posizione (tram e metro vicini) con parcheggio (da prenotare), silenzioso. Consigliato

Tutto è andato bene, l'alloggio è impeccabile, moderno, spazioso, pulito. Abbiamo ricevuto un benvenuto. L'unico piccolo trucco, durante la prenotazione, era di menzionare che il parcheggio era gratuito e incluso. Quindi siamo stati sorpresi di vedere quando prendeva la chiave che ci chiedeva l'importo per il parcheggio.
