The hotel is easy to find but a little bit far away from the railway station.

I love this hotel! Feels very much like home and the staff are all very friendly and helpful.

太喜歡這個酒店了，附近風景很好。如果時間夠多，我一定在這裏多住幾天享受美景。店家還送了好吃的巧克力，贊！酒店望出去就能看到湖景和山，絕絕子。圖一是我們窗户望出去的景色，我們不是湖景房，在側邊，也蠻不錯的。下次去一定住湖景房，一定很贊！

酒店是一個典型的老式酒店，裝修古色古香，電梯很小。房間窗外就是琉森湖，景色無敵。早餐不錯。酒店停車不太方便，酒店門口不能停車，對面是一個社會停車場要收費（臨時停車不收費），有兩個酒店專用車位但往往約不到。不過離酒店三百米開外有一個公共停車場。入住後前台會告知停車場位置並將車牌訊息輸入，可以免費停車。

Very quiet, comfortable and peaceful accommodation I enjoyed very much!, I recommend this small hotel like my own home to anybody who likes small size hotels

The room is super huge for 3 pax, in fact it has 2 rooms for 3 pax and a common living room in the middle! I was quite amused with the size and the front view of the hotel is super good as it is near the lake!

Outstanding service. I forgot my wedding ring in the hotel and they helped me to send it to my next location. Very thankful for your kind support.

Overall very clean, helpful and friendly staff, convenient check in for late arrivals, lovely cafe for early and late drinks of cappuccinos or wine. Will definitely stay again!

We stayed for 1 night and it is a lovely, artsy quaint hotel. Lots of little extras that mean a lot. Outlet converters to borrow, water, chocolate, pink toilet paper, chandeliers over the bed and THE VIEW!! We had a lakeside balcony room and it was so beautiful. It is a short bus ride or taxi from Old Town and the train station. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

My wife and I loved our stay. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay that much better. The location is fantastic with a wonderful view of the lake and a short, beautiful 10-minute walk to downtown. We would highly recommend this hotel!

A small Grand Hotel older style hotel in the centre of Luzern. Liked the parquet floor in the room, the large window facing the lake and the overall ambience. Easy access to public but Luzern centre is just a few minutes walk away. Plenty of variety for breakfast and a very comfy bed.

Very quaint property with charm. A little walk along the lake to old town, maybe .5 mile. Breakfast was eggs cooked to order, fresh ingredients, dairy, delicious bread and made to order barista coffee. The room is small but the balcony was nice. Only negative is they let people smoke on the balconies and right out front down below so if you are not a smoker you have to close your doors and windows or your whole room smells like smoke and you can't enjoy the balcony.

Staff was so nice and the room was so cute and felt clean! Was also super close to the main shops/center and the train station. Would definitely recommend!
