Excellent experience since the moment entered the W Hotel KL !!! how passionate and well trained team, Smart guy Emal at the Concierge, which the best Concierge we ever expected, the complete service including the room tour, perfect ! We are thrilled to be treated as VIP with upgraded room, Mr. Shaff, well balanced of professional and sense of humor :) Last but not least, the housekeeping team the gentleman and lady whom are doing very very very good and details job.

Very good location for us to hang around ! Easy to access to anywhere in KL ! The room was huge with nice view ! The most importantly I love the Park 90 wine bar at the lobby lounge :) If you’re a huge wine lover, must come down and check ! The overall experience is more than above average! We will definitely stay there again while in KL ! Highly recommend 👍

Le camere erano spaziose e senza spazi, con grandi decorazioni e letti di letto grigi. Il buffet del colazione era delizioso, con una vasta gamma di opzioni! Il personale era attento e uscì dal loro modo per assicurarci che ci fosse comodo. Non c'era niente di troppo problema. Mi piace davvero questo hotel. È bello e spazioso È possibile fare molte attività e il personale può anche fornire un buon servizio. Il prezzo è ragionevole e può rendere la mia vacanza molto rilassante. Se c'è una possibilita', vorrei portare i miei amici e la mia famiglia per rimanere qui. Questo hotel è un hotel economico. E ci sono ufficiali che forniscono un buon servizio. Situato in un luogo facile da viaggiare. L'area all'interno dell'hotel è pulita. Mi piace davvero questo tipo di camera. In primo luogo, mi piaceva dalla foto, quindi ho prenotato una stanza qui. Ma quando sono arrivato, mi sono allettato perché il servizio qui è buono. Tutto il personale è carino e utile in ogni aspetto. Inoltre, il prezzo è ragionevole per l'alloggio, mi fa venire qui e rilassarmi in un giorno stanco.

Non sono mai rimasto con l'albero Banyan prima, secondo TRIP.com's K.L. Top 6 lussuoso hotel list, ho scelto questa marca per la mia prima volta e si rivela un po' deluso. I servizi erano sicuramente grandi, tutti erano così amichevoli e utili. La posizione era cool, il lobby dell'hotel aveva un ascensore e un ponte che collegava al centro commerciale del pavilione. Con: Occorre migliorare la consapevolezza della sicurezza: Sulla 56/F, -Ci sono alcune conquistazioni rotte sul pavimento, proprio al bordo di una tavola, dove la gente spesso si trovava lì per prendere foto. - Le scale che camminano verso la zona di cena esterna sono molto strette, e non ci sono luci o segnali di avvertimento intorno a essa, è molto pericoloso camminare all’oscurità. L'hotel stesso sembra nuovo e pulito, ma in qualche modo Un certo numero di hardware non funziona correttamente nella stanza.

This property that is totally Eco driven in almost all its aspects and managed truly well and personally by its General Manager Andy Shaun, is really one of a kind! Andy exudes world class hospitality and makes you feel welcome as gibt was his home! Truly Boutique, and the reflections of the owners Federico & Maple’s drive towards sustainable living, this former home of a tycoon turned into a hospitality gem is a pure joy to reside in! Having come here for years now, I consider it a privilege to be able to enjoy the finest hospitality in tropical lush surroundings within the compound! And with only 21 rooms truly Boutique! Just imagine stepping out of the suite/room to just plunge into the pool, which stretches the entire length of the building, with a few cabanas next to a small restaurant serving all the meals of the day, and particularly strong in its Asian offerings! And of course Vinod, F&B manager really knows how to please the guests! Naturally I indulged in my now customary Nasi Lemak, that wonderful Coconut Rice with a generous helping of the perfect Sambal, but also a bowl of Chicken Curry on the side! What better way to start the day with an authentic Malaysian Favourite! We further had an amazing meal/dinner at the Villa’s restaurant! Chef Zul surprised us with some very special dishes & flavours! The Nasi Ulam was truly special, we loved the coconut sambal, had to ask for extras, The chicken Rendang flavourful and gladly. Not overcooked/dry! The Seabass in its sauce special (I didn’t care for the Chinchalo though) For the last night I was especially impressed with Chef Zul’s Kway Teow, topped with perfectly Cooked Prawns, as well as a side dish of Stir-fried Vegetables that I thoroughly enjoyed!
