Hotel di lusso a Seoul

If taking subway you can head to exit 10 of jamsil station and you can go through the lotte world mall before street level, head straight, take the escalator next to the aquarium up, exit the main doors and cross the road to the left for the hotel. (It it not sheltered/ connected directly between the mall/ station and hotel). We took the side entrance lift up to the reception but if you go further down you’ll see the main car drop off and concierge. The staff service was really friendly, although at the check in reception we were given a list of rules and asked if we had any questions, so the hotel vibe felt quite formal and stiff. Was concerned about the rules on the swimming pool booking and bringing outside food in, but the staff around were kind and welcoming so we soon felt at ease. Was able to rent the required swim cap free of charge. Room was classy, spacious and bed and bath comfortable. We booked the lake view room but one can only see it at the side when nearer to the windows. We had indicated we were celebrating our wedding anniversary but there were no special greetings in the room or wishes at reception, which normally hotels would as part of their hospitality. The lake view from breakfast and the pool was beautiful! Heard it would be even more beautiful in spring! We enjoyed walking around the lake and exploring the restaurants on the other side. Great shopping location next to the lotte mall The swimming pool is small with one lane for laps and others for relaxing. There’s a heated jacuzzi outside and within the beautiful changing area was also has a hot bath and another neat amenities. The gym was huge and had so many machines! All in all a great and beautiful stay! Wish we stayed longer than one night! The only con is that you have the transfer lifts at the reception level each time you go out or in so you’ll just have to meet and greet a lot of people along the way.

One of the best hotels I’ve experienced. Hotel is impeccable but the staff and support is even better. Concierge team waits by the elevator to help guests as soon as they step out of the lift. They usually walk with you through the lobby and book taxis and answer all your questions throughly. The breakfast is the also the best we’ve ever seen. Amazing property with spectacular views and top notch service

Se avete il bilancio, consigliamo vivamente di visitare la Shilla a Seoul. Il servizio è stato eccellente e il personale è pensato e professionale. Solo nitpick è la posizione non è così conveniente come alcuni altri hotel, ma si può voler spendere la maggior parte del tempo sulla proprietà comunque (è un onere di shell collegato se si è in uno stato di spendere) Pro tip: i loro ristoranti sono spesso prenotati, quindi assicuratevi di prenotare in anticipo. Controlla il loro negozio di pasticceria per oggetti temporanei. Controlla il loro bingo e le loro creature perfette nella biblioteca.

Lobby is great the room is great , the bed is comfortable, except for the sofa, my friend sat on the sofa in the room, and she was being bitten by some bugs, not sure if it’s the bed bugs. Her skin was all red with small dots on it. The staff are polite but they are not really helpful, which I expected more for a five star hotel. When you are trying to move your luggage on the car, there are 3 staff outside, all of them are guys, none of them tried to help me the 2 big luggages which was quite inappropriate! But the staff at the front desk is kind and friendly.

Questo è un hotel da non perdere. Mi sto divertendo molto a giocare con i miei figli. Ma ai bambini piace di più Paradise City ^^;; Ci sono più piscine, più amici e c'è un parco divertimenti per bambini, quindi è abbastanza buono. In effetti, c'è solo una piscina al Chosun Palace per giocare con bambini molto piccoli, quindi va bene. I minimarket hanno solo E-Mart 24, quindi ai bambini non piacciono ㅠㅠ Altri minimarket vendono giocattoli, ma E-Mart 24 non li ha... ahah Abbiamo alloggiato nella stessa suite, ma era scomodo avere un solo bagno. Il minibar era gratuito anche a Paradise City, il che è un po' deludente. Altri servizi come la colazione e il servizio in camera erano buoni.

Customer services are impeccable. I didn’t get to experience the bars or the restaurants, so not much to tell there. The hotel has great view even if not facing towards the coex mall. Overall the room is comfy. Minus point is that when checking in I had to deposit but after check out after 14 days my refund hasn’t been shown in my statement. I hope the staffs are more aware of the process to be able to assure the clients.

Conrad Seoul is located in the Yeouido area near the Han River and IFC Mall. It was a luxurious stay and the service was generally pleasant, with above average lounge offerings. The biggest disappointment was that they don’t give out Conrad bears and ducks and instead sell them at the gift shop, which comes across as a little stingy.

Location is more suitable for business travellers who want to work & commute in financial district, otherwise there’s not much to do in this whole area as it’s very hard to find a decent or simple eatery which opens near late night compared to living in Dongdaemun and Gangnam. Our room is located high and we can have a glance of the nearby buildings and overlooked further. They don’t provide full amenities compared to 2 other 5-stars hotels we had stayed in during this trip. So prep yourself with our necessary amenities like earbuds, combs, earplugs, sewing kits if needed in any case.. The hotel room is quite spacious and toilet is equipped with a bathtub which we didn’t get to utilise at all but my child had once because she wanted to play a bath bomb for 10 mins. Other items like ironing board, iron, Nespresso coffee machine, distilled water bottles, beverages and condiments, safe box, fridge were all provided. And I find it quite troubling as there were too many ‘big-country’ tourists either staying in the hotel or those living in Seoul going to the Hyundai Seoul mall to buy luxury goods. And the entire mall is crazily flooded and packed with youngsters on the day of our check-in and the next day. Some came to window-shop while most others came in for food and perhaps after meals, to seek shelter and shield from the cold. You won’t be believed this you can’t even find a place to eat as all fast food eateries, snacks counters and restaurants were fully unavailable. There were basically long queues everywhere you go. Ended up my super famished poor child had to walk a long way with us & venture out in the cold to find any available restaurant to have our dinner. International breakfast is served daily at L5 and the buffet spread is limited compared to the one we stayed & had in Dongdaemun. We had to pay additional 55,000KRW (SGD55) per day for our young child to dine in with us as her breakfast was not included in our accommodation package. I think it’s really too expensive and given that we always came down only at 9.30am and the breakfast stopped at 10am sharp. The food she always had was a small bowl of cereal, 4 small bite-sized hash-browns and a glass of milk only where she had to eat fast within 30mins before they closed for the day. For such price paid, it’s totally not worth it and we can’t avoid paying lesser despite they knew we only had 30 mins left to dine. Overall the concierge service crews’ attitude and professionalism were excellent and Fairmont had the best staffs with great service i encountered during our 3 weeks stay across 3 different 5-stars hotels. I wished I will have another chance to stay here again but the price for each night is SGD450++, which is really expensive.

Ho soggiornato a Séoul JW Marrriot diverse volte a causa della posizione eccellente, delle attrazioni nelle vicinanze e dell'accesso a molti buoni cibi e shopping. Questa volta, il ragazzo alla ricezione - Michael, era felice e un occhio buono per il dettaglio. Ha notato che il mio compleanno era domenica e mi ha auspicato un compleanno felice in anticipo. Anche se mi sono recata il sabato, ha offerto una bottiglia di vino e alcuni frutti di corone. Questo è un bel gesto che non ha dovuto fare. Grazie Michael per aver fatto questo soggiorno un po' speciale.

Excellent service. I had my foot ripped off and need an adhesive tape. I made the request at Room Chat and they sent me within 5 minutes. On another occasion, we need to go Sanchon for dinner appointment but couldn’t be able to get any urber or taxi on apps, so we tried to ask hotel front desk. Their staff arranged taxi for us within 10 minutes. Highly commendable for their efficiency and “can-do” attitude! The only setback is breakfast only serves until 10:30am. Would be great if all day breakfast is available as leisure travellers do not have tight schedule and tend to wake up late.
