"This hotel is genuinely one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve visited several times now, and every stay has been consistently wonderful. The service is always friendly, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere just makes you feel relaxed and taken care of. "The hotel design and rooms, lighting are all comfortable. Really credit to the brand four points. However, the staff ..... We have reservations for 3 rooms, however, at check in, we were only given room cards for 2 rooms.and upon correction, had to wait for the 3rd room key... At dinner, the beef soup noodles arrived one hour after we ordered, with almost no soup but a huge bowl of dry noodles, we had to ask for soup to be added... The beer order was missed. The Bolognese pasta tasted very weird that we ordered for kids, hope the meat was fresh. We asked to order a dessert from the menu and was told everything (all desserts, e.g. tiramisu, brownie, cheesecake etc) were sold out. We mentioned all these comments to the manager upon paying, and the manager merely said noted. And after 5 seconds when we were leaving she took out a cheesecake for us... We thought the desserts were sold out.... ? Thirdly, , we joined membership and asked the hotel reception to book our next stay with Sheraton at Guiyang, however to our horror after we left the hotel, we received an email saying 3 rooms at this huangguishu hotel is booked instead. We have already paid. Now we are still on our trip and had to call the hotel and ask them to cancel the wrong booking. Even though on the phone they said they would, (no apologies by the way), we still receive no confirmation on the cancellation of the wrong booking... So still have to use long distance call to reach this hotel again today. Forthly, the breakfast room and food choices are excellent. And most staff are hardworking. However, all hot water (the lemon water two hot water flasks) were left empty without top up despite requests. There was a staff funnily enough just hid in one of the breakfast rooms to avoid work.... Love four points design and hardware, but software really awkward experience."

"We were originally choosing between this hotel and another hotel just around the corner. Upon arrival we checked the other hotel first but we didn't like it at all. So we walked to this hotel which was on a totally different level in all aspects. We were impressed by the new and stylish interior and, most importantly, we were greeted in the most hospitable way and offered a big room of a higher category than the basic room that we actually booked. The bellman walked with us to the first hotel and helped us bring our mutilple suitcases to their hotel. There were few guests in the hotel so we had a very relaxing stay in our comfortable room. The front desk staff also helped arrange a car to the train station at a much lower price than we had paid when we arrived from the station on our check-in day. We highly recommend this hotel when you visit Huangguoshu Waterfalls. The hotel provides a complimentary transfer to the entrance of the scenic area where you can actually walk on foot as it's only 5 minutes on foot from the hotel."

"I only stayed at Anshun Huangguoshu Manxin Hotel for one night, but the exceptional service I received made my visit truly memorable. Throughout my stay, Miss Wu was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. She was always polite, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Miss Wu helped me arrange my visit to the spectacular Huangguoshu Waterfall .The hotel also has a dedicated Huangguoshu Waterfall service counter in the lobby, where guests can get information and assistance with any questions, making the entire experience very convenient. One of the biggest advantages of the VIP package is that the shuttle bus picks you up directly from the hotel lobby and takes you to the various scenic spots around Huangguoshu Waterfall. This made sightseeing effortless and stress-free. On my return journey, I encountered some difficulties arranging transportation back to Anshun Railway Station. Once again, Miss Wu stepped in to help. She patiently assisted me in finding a suitable transport option and ensured I could get back to the station without any hassle. Her willingness to help, even after my sightseeing trip, demonstrated genuine care for her guests. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Miss Wu for her outstanding hospitality and exceptional customer service. She truly made my trip much more enjoyable and worry-free. "Questo hotel è davvero uno degli hotel più belli in cui abbia mai soggiornato! È molto elegante, conserva il fascino rustico di un villaggio Buyi pur incorporando la semplicità e la grandiosità dell'architettura moderna. Soprattutto nel pomeriggio, quando la luce del sole filtra tra gli alberi e proietta ombre sulle pareti, si respira un'atmosfera incredibilmente tranquilla e rilassante. Siamo stati persino abbastanza fortunati da vedere un arcobaleno la sera! Per quanto riguarda la camera, la vista dalla finestra era semplicemente incredibile! Riposare in camera sembrava di essere in montagna, lontani da tutto il trambusto. Anche i comfort in camera erano eccellenti: un soffione doccia Hansgrohe, un impianto audio Marshall, un asciugacapelli Dyson e ci hanno persino fornito un detergente per il viso, una crema per le mani e un lucidalabbra. Il servizio è stato molto attento ai dettagli. La sera siamo andati al bar a bordo piscina, abbiamo ordinato da bere e ci siamo seduti fuori a guardare le stelle. Il barista, preoccupato per le zanzare, è uscito ad accenderci delle spirali antizanzare, e il proprietario, sapendo che volevamo fare un'escursione in montagna, ci ha portato appositamente un repellente per zanzare. Anche le esperienze di batik e fotografia di viaggio sono state eccellenti. La vista dalle ampie finestre del ristorante sulla scogliera era mozzafiato; si affacciava su una vasta foresta. Anche il cibo era piuttosto buono; ho trovato sia il sapore che il prezzo eccellenti. In breve, è un hotel in cui tornerei sicuramente: è davvero terapeutico!"

"Arrivo all'hotel sotto la linea, decorazione dell'albergo, le sorelle della sala frontale sono entusiasti e educate. Le attrezzature della stanza sono intelligenti, pulite, spazio grande e secche. La notte è andata al primo piano, e c'è piscina, fitness, tavolo e parco infantile. È davvero una sorpresa trovare un hotel così alto in una piccola città contea.
