Hotel di lusso a Qingyuan

"I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. "An acquaintance told me that it was okay after visiting this hotel, so I made a reservation all of a sudden. I was worried because I was not good at Chinese, but thanks to the staff named Anna, I had a lot of experience. Anna guided me in detail, which allowed my children to have a good time. "A wonderful family resort to bring kids to with a huge indoor playroom that my kids went twice to. A short walk to the safari theme park next door with a variety of animals to feed. All staff were extremely friendly and proactively tries hard when you have a question or a request."

"My family and I stayed here for two days (1 night) in early November. The whole experience was fantastic. Our good impression started with the very helpful rebooting phone enquiries to check about swimming for the children. The reception team were very helpful and polite. The setting and landscape was beautifully peaceful. The spa pools were fantastically clean and provided free water, tea and towels throughout. All staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Some spoke English, but all were happy to converse through the use of translation apps. I particularly want to thanks: Our restaurant host, 蔡泽旋 黄洁仪 (Bobo), who spoke excellent English and was very friendly to the children. The excellent, reception and concierge team including; Du Ming, 陈梦圆, 张永超, 雷欣, 秦梦丹"

"Great hotel! I love the facilities and the location. Amazing view of the review. However I will not return. The room is impossible to sleep in - the bed is too hard and the room is dry and extremely hot with Jo way of adjusting the temperature."
