Vorrei esprimere i miei sinceri ringraziamenti a tutti i membri del personale per la loro accoglienza calda e graziosa durante il nostro breve soggiorno. Tutti erano eccezionalmente gentili e accoglienti, soprattutto per permetterci un check-in precoce alle 10:00, come ci siamo arrivati prima di quanto ci si aspettava. La stanza era accogliente e confortevole, e la vista era veramente piacevole. Uno dei punti di vista era in grado di vedere baloncini caldi 🎈 direttamente dall'hotel, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più speciale e memorabile. Mentre l’esperienza complessiva era molto piacevole, ci sono alcuni settori che potrebbero essere migliorati per aumentare ulteriormente i standard della proprietà: 1. La qualità dei cibi potrebbe essere migliorata, soprattutto per il colazione.Avendo un cuoco prepara opzioni come omelete fresche o uova scramblete, migliorerebbe notevolmente l'esperienza di mangiare. 2. I dettagli del mobilio e del suo interno beneficiano di una luce rinfrescata per dare alla proprietà un senso più raffinato e polverizzato. 3. La sezione di slitta della proprietà potrebbe essere aperta per migliorare l'accessibilità e il flusso globale dello spazio. 4. Aggiungere un odore sottile di camera crea un'atmosfera più accogliente e piacevole all'ingresso. My stay at Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel was nothing short of wonderful! The staff set the tone with a warm welcome, offering refreshing drinks and fruits upon our arrival. Despite our late check-in, they went above and beyond, even offering to send us to a nearby restaurant for a delightful evening meal. The receptionist, a knowledgeable older gentleman, became our guide to the area, generously sharing insights about the local culture and the do's and don'ts. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, enhancing our overall experience. Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure. In summary, Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel surpassed my expectations with its friendly staff, generous amenities, and a commitment to making every guest feel valued. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional and memorable stay in Pamukkale.

Molto consiglia questo hotel per il vostro soggiorno a Pamukkale! Il servizio è stato fantastico! Il personale ci ha aiutato con il trasferimento aeroportuale (anche se c'è qualche problema durante quel periodo, ma non è certamente colpa dell'hotel). La cena era deliziosa. Anche la posizione dell'hotel è grande con la navetta complementare per il travertino di Pamukkale. Il personale è stato anche amichevole e utile. In generale, questo è un bel posto per soggiornare durante la visita a Pamukkale.

The town is very tiny, so the location is not important at all — everything is nearby. The territory has a sufficient number of parking spaces. The hotel itself is three-storied, there is an elevator. The room is large enough, the beds are comfortable. There is a swimming pool on site, whole and clean. The breakfasts are mediocre: the selection is small and the dishes do not look fresh. Of the problems: there are few outlets and they are very inconveniently located, the air conditioner works well, but always at full capacity, there is a strange unpleasant smell in the bathroom. One of the advantages: good Wi-Fi.

Hotel molto decente e vicino al dolce di cotone Pammukale. Ogni camera ha un balcone privato. Colazione complementare è buona. C'è una piscina che è ben mantenuta. Il check-in tardivo è stato facile e comodo. Può vedere baloncini di aria calda volare solo dalla balcone della stanza.

Het was een prima hotel, zeker in vergelijking met de omliggende accommodaties. De hulp, service, het eten en de hygiëne waren uitstekend. Helaas liet de spa-afdeling te wensen over, waarschijnlijk omdat deze werd gerund door een externe partij. Voor de massage was het personeel vriendelijk en beloofden ze veel goeds, maar na afloop bleek het afgesproken bedrag ineens hoger. Bovendien moest ik per se contant betalen omdat de eigenaar zei dat hij zijn personeel direct moest betalen. Dit vond ik erg onprettig. De houding van de eigenaar na de massage was onprofessioneel en irritant, wat mijn ervaring behoorlijk heeft verpest. Jammer, want verder was het hotel goed.

The hotel is really nice. Hotel room was worth the price. We are on road trip and we had a good stop this hotel is right below pamukale in the busy street full of restaurants Owner was really warm and welcoming.

土耳其爺爺雖然不會英語但卻表現很熱情 房間是比較老 但是這份熱情讓我很開心 而且有大陽台可以曬太陽🌞距離汽車站火車站2km還是比較方便的！去棉花堡一日游可以考慮入住

Отель находится в 5 минутах хоть бы от ресторанов и от входа в Памуккале. Очень приветливый и добродушный хозяин. Уютный, маленький, семейный отельчик.
