The hotel is located approximately 17km from Fuzhou Railway Station and 48km from Fuzhou Changle International Airport. Being just minutes away from Houting Metro Station allows guests to explore the city with ease. With multiple attractions nearby including Fuzhou University, Fujian Medical University (Shangjie Campus) and Fujian University of Technology Qishan Campus South Campus Stadium, guests will find plenty to keep themselves occupied. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. This Minhou hotel provides parking on site. Germaphobes can rest easy - the level of cleanliness is highly rated at this hotel. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling on business.
"This is our second stay at the Coli. It is very convenient for our needs, because our family lives near by(the hotel is not in central Fuzhou, if that is what you are looking for). It is close to many shops and restaurants and services, as well as a number of parks. The room was spacious, had a comfortable bed,  had ample storage for our extended stay, and had a fridge and electric kettle( no microwave). We enjoyed the lovely 20 meter lap pool, well equipped gym, and  restaurant ( weekend buffet special and breakfast). The staff was courteous and  usually helpful. We did request a repair of the ventilation fan in the bathroom, but it did not happen. We stayed here during the month of March , when the temp varied a lot.  We were  too warm on a few nights,  and when we asked about making the room cooler, a fan was provided. I’m not sure why the AC wasn’t working-maybe it was too early in the season. We would stay here again! Great value for what would be a 4 star hotel in the US."

"服務：非常感謝前台倩倩，小靜等為我服務過的人員（抱歉我可能忘記名字,反正就是為我服務的幾位前台美女），也感謝幫我找回髮簪的阿姨。因為木簪忘在洗手間了，前台跟阿姨幫忙找回來並快遞給我。總之，服務是很好的。 地點：地點離辦事的地方也很近，樓下的茶點也挺好吃的。到福州站也非常近，不堵的話開車不到20分鐘。 環境：樓下的景點蠻有特色，值得逛。屋內有可以躺平的沙發，還有全智能馬桶、大冰箱和一個小廚房，還送了一份水果。樓下茶餐廳價格非常便宜。"

"暑假一開始，我們就帶着娃開始我們的家庭旅行，選擇我們認為性價比超級高的福建鯉魚洲酒店，剛剛好遇到優惠活動，住套房才1000元不到，平時可要將近2000元的價格，現在衹需要一半就可以入住，實在是太划算了。酒店綠化做的非常好，親子友好，有非常多的親子互動項目，我們家娃非常喜歡。前台帥哥美女們服務態度很好，主動為我們介紹酒店的好玩去處，還主動給我們提供了地圖，贈送花露水，實在是太貼心了。房間很大，設施設備保養的非常好，看不出已經開業20年的痕跡。房間佈置也是非常大氣，衞生乾淨整潔，還配了鮮花，太令人驚喜了。特別喜歡他們家的床墊，軟硬適中，睡的非常舒服，枕頭我都想買一個帶回去。客房服務大姐態度也是很友好，看我們帶了娃，主動提供了小童牙刷和小童拖鞋。早餐也非常棒，福州特色小吃在這裏都可以吃到，特別喜歡他們家的魚丸，説是特別定製款的，外面買不到的。肉燕用的也是連江的，都是非常地道，娃最喜歡還是他們家的麪包，尤其推薦紅豆包，吃了整整3個！！！讓爸爸高興的。中午我們還吃了自助餐，我們是活動囤的會員價格，非常划算。特別推薦花雕冰鎮小龍蝦！！！！我覺得這個是小龍蝦的天花板！！！！甜品也都做的非常好！娃都很喜歡。其他菜餚也都不錯。最後不得不推薦一下他們家的游泳池，水質非常乾淨，救生員還會主動在水池邊幫你指導不規範的動作。等過兩年娃長大了，一定帶他過來學游泳。園子很大，短短兩天時間不夠玩，我們還看到了白鷳，實在太幸運了。要不是要上班，我一定多住兩天。期待下一次帶上老爸老媽一起來這裏度假。"

"玩閩越水鎮，選擇在小鎮住一晚。 酒店服務中心帥哥很友好，安排入住雲錦苑三樓有電梯有陽台的房間，管家毛毛的服務也很暖心，客房打掃阿姨也很客氣。 房間床品舒適乾淨，陽台外即可觀景（圖一到圖三），早餐就在一樓，很方便。 唯一的遺憾，去的有點早，11點30分到小鎮，到了有點早了，預辦了入住，節日期間人力不足，酒店前波客人早已退房，但房間無人打掃，催多次近下午3點才正式入住，中午福州近30度在太陽下逛很曬不能休息，真的蠻累的。 雲錦苑地理位置優越，鬧中取靜，給予5分鼓勵支持。"
