"因為攜程剛出了一個黑鑽wow的活動，正巧這次出行去六安附近，就專程安排了一天的行程，特地拐了彎來體驗一下這個安徽奢華榜排名第二的酒店，事實證明，即使是奢華榜，價格便宜確實是有原因的，從前台辦理入住就讓人大失所望，態度熱不熱情倒是其次，前台的專業性極差，任何關於酒店的有效訊息都沒有告知，甚至連早餐廳在哪，幾點開始幾點結束，這種最基本的事項都沒有告知，還是晚上臨睡前，我想起來專門找工作人員問的，別説奢華酒店了，就是個快捷也不會出現這種低級問題。能看得出酒店最初建設和裝修標準都不低，基礎房型面積也很大，黑鑽有房型升級服務，但是除了樓層從一樓到二樓，其實房型面積沒有任何區別，升了個寂寞，而且很無語的是，明明是預訂權益裏白紙黑字標註的包含房型升級權益，還要提前告訴我，儘量給升一級，那要不盡量呢，如果衹升一個樓層還這麼費勁，還想讓消費者感激涕零的情況下，不如就別寫這個權益了。再説房間，最初裝修標準確實還可以，衹是維護一般，確實時間久了，不過這些都可以接受，就是衞生狀況，枕頭上全是污漬，打電話給前台，換了個枕頭，然後把臟的枕頭就直接塞到我電視機下面的洞裏了，無語。總之，如果順路來六安的話，可以來體驗一下，性價比還可以，但如果覺得是安徽奢華榜的酒店，抱有很大的期待，專程來體驗的話，那真的大可不必，酒店佔地面積確實不小，但是可玩性並不高，除了有個泳池，還外包出去了，導致游泳的人眾多，魚龍混雜，就沒有任何可以娛樂和消遣的活動了，一次略失望的體驗之旅，好在後來投訴後，酒店一個類似經理的工作人員，給予了一些特別的關照，感謝。應該也是六安最好的酒店了，希望好好經營下去，如果用點心，一定會更好的。"

"這家酒店性價比非常高 帶小朋友出來轉轉。看中了酒店的泳池。到了酒店還給升級了房型 早餐可選擇性也很多。泳池健身房之類的也是直接刷房卡不限次數進入 非常方便。房間內部設定符合酒店設定。我們連住了兩晚。雖然第二晚換的房間窗簾不太遮光。反映給酒店後退房時給小朋友準備了小禮物。小朋友很開心。酒店的整個服務態度都很積極 整體住宿體驗還都挺不錯的（酒店環境綠化都挺好 還有一個小型萌寵樂園）"

"The hotel location and landscape is top notch for this region. Kids friendly - the indoor playground was amazing! We enjoyed the great service from the staff, especially Ms Xiang, who was very warm hearted and helpful.
Can not expect the hotel to be a real 5-star compared to the well developed tourism places, some areas of improvement: many people still smoke inside the facilities - including the public hot spring area, swimming pool, even the hotel lobby. Some of the facilities inside the room are not well maintained - be sure to check them and request for fix or change the room if needed. But for this area, I’d highly recommend this hotel for family stay and a very relaxing experience at a reasonable price."

"入住體驗滿分！酒店優越地段去哪都方便，地下車庫停車省心，新能源充電也不用愁。客房衞生乾淨整潔，佈局特別好，裝修風格很陽光，洗漱用品質感好，早餐豐盛，本地麪條混沌炸點蒸點都有，喜歡吃那個雞蛋餅和包子，回味無窮；酒店前台服務高效，非常主動熱心。4樓健身房裡還配有自助洗衣房，住宿洗衣服烘乾衣物很方便，六安這家新錦成酒店是六安幾家高端酒店裡設施最完善的，住的最舒服的，尤其是這次暑假出行帶娃體驗特別好，下雨了出門不方便，酒店一樓有親子小童樂園，還有孩子們喜歡的哈根達斯冰激凌，前台小姐姐還做了橙汁西柚汁給孩子們，超開心超級贊，帶娃太省心了。"

"L'hotel ha un ambiente bellissimo, è pulito e confortevole. Le camere hanno riscaldamento a pavimento e aria condizionata, il che è molto confortevole. Mi piace particolarmente il loro servizio. Dal direttore del negozio alla governante al cameriere, fanno tutti un lavoro eccellente, sono proattivi, entusiasti e amichevoli. Siamo molto soddisfatti! Voglio anche elogiare il cibo del Cliff Restaurant. La griglia a nove quadrati per la colazione e i vari piatti per la cena sono davvero unici e hanno un sapore fantastico!
